Best WLM Reviews
None of the fries have been touched!! Do better please because giving roughly 5-8 fries is not ok
Everything about this visit was EXCELLENT!!! I have always gotten great service from this particular Zaxby's. Others are slacking while this one has been excellent in every way from Day 1!!! All plates are packed and displayed beautifully!!!❤️❤️
The food was hard , and the service was even worse. Especially the manager. They all could use sum personality. NEVER Again, it's too expensive for the food and the service to be terrible
I will start with my $8 COLD loaded fries. They where so cold the cheese even laughed and stayed hard. Ranch dressing where?
Service I was handed my inside order in a bag like drive thru yet I told them the order was for there. They must of known no one in their right mind could sit down and eat there. Had to ask for my large drink cup 2 times. I did go ask for another ranch dressing for my fries. Cashier had to finish typing her text to get that. Employees standing around talking but who to ask for hot fries from was impossible. No leadership anywhere. I thank it was the manager sitting at a table with her phone. She did speak like she was the manager.
Atmosphere...between the loud music and all the talking from employees I HAD TO LEAVE. Seriously never seen so many employees just talking to each other being loud like they where in the ghetto. THE WORSE RAN BUSINESS I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. Adding photos but did not take pics of all the employees hanging around, that was out of respect for the one other customer sitting in the dinning room. He only had a drink cup. He was smart.
ZAXBYS DONT WORRY YOU WILL GET MY SURVEY. I WILL NOT WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN THERE. SAD I had no one I felt I could even approach in the store to tell them in person. I would of interrupted their conversation or phone time. My Blood pressure and brain physically could not handle this level of incompetence. I will also being sharing this review and photos with my 5000+ followers on Facebook. I don't want them wasting their $$$$.
I just wanted to express how the employees were steadily working taking orders and the manager came out and admonished her stating that she needed to speed up and take orders faster. The problem with this was that the inside wasn’t keeping up with the service and everyone was being parked to wait on getting their meals. If the order taker took orders faster more cars would be parked waiting after paying their money. At the present time I am amongst five cars waiting for their orders. My order was taken within three minutes and I waited seven minutes parked to get my order.
The Chipotle Ranch Chicken Tacos had the perfect amount of spicy.
I was traveling back to Maryland from Greenville, NC.
I ordered the Signature Chicken Sandwich meal. Both my fries and sandwich were fresh and hot. I went inside, my wait time from order to carryout was around 10 minutes.
Just yummy! Grilled chicken sammy and Cobb salad with grilled chicken only thing was they forgot the bacon on my salad. Other than that I love Zaxby's!!!
