Called our name but missed part of our order. Went to counter and told an employee and he did nothing. Then a guy named Chris stepped up and fix the rest of my order and was very apologetic. . Super nice young man.
Never again! Not once but TWICE! Gave them the benefit of the doubt but they just keep going downhill! I ordered online and both times, first time they gave me the wrong thing second time I waited 30 minutes! I gave them that because i saw they were busy but they completely ignored me until I asked how much longer and they didn’t even started my order! All they said if I wanted to wait or what -.- like really! I just told them to return my money back, the lady who was prepping the food seemed mad and was throwing the chicken on the plates, never again zaxbys. Ill rather drive farther than to go to the one in Easley! 0 stars if i could!
Went to pick up for for employees they said that it was good and had no complaints when I went there to pick there food up 10 minutes after ordering they were finishing getting it ready when I had got there so didn't really have to wait on the food but the inside seamed pretty chill couple people were dinning in
Went in at 10:02 pm to order a to go order after work. Door read lobby closes at 10:30 pm. The lady literally kicked me out, & said the drive through is open til 11:00 .. Rude! So I left at went elsewhere.
Food was ready 2 minutes after ordering. Absolutely disgusting…wings were cold. Tim seemed like the only person working front counter and drive-thru. Other guy was just on his phone not a care in the world. Spent $63…will never eat here again don’t waste your time.
If you're lucky, you get fresh fries. Most of the time, I get soggy, over seasoned fries. The only good thing about them is the chicken fingers. Sometimes, I want to get really hot chicken fingers. The hottest flavor used to make me sweat. Now you can get a hotter sauce at the grocery store and put it on them. We used to go at least once a month. Now, we might go a couple of times a year.
Disregarded an allergy, and was not even apologetic.
I understand that you can have a disclaimer about separate fryers used to help those with allergies. But we ordered a meal for someone with Celiac, and requested no toast. The owner ACKNOWLEDGED that the order said no toast on the receipt, but put toast on the food anyway, insisted we just "take it off", and would not issue a refund. Ill be driving the extra distance to a different location, I am never coming back here again.
Literally got the loaded fries and this is “loaded” bacon wise. This is a joke! Practically just chicken ranch fries! In that case could have went with the chicken finger plate and put the tenders on the fries.
