Best WLM Reviews
Low key probably best chicken sandwich in town. Yes I said it. Everyone is super nice and service is spot on rivaling CFA. Love the quality control check on your items before they serve. Just great. Nitpicking, but fix your drink machine. Seems up to 1/3 of options are always out!
There a piece of hair in my chicken bacon ranch loaded fries ????. The employees need to wear hair nets. It’s so annoying getting a hair in your food!!! I’m highly disgusted.???? I would like a refund please!
Zaxbys, the place we take your order but give you whatever we feel like. Want ranch? How about nothing instead! Need a fork? Not today! Enjoy half your meal because we won’t give you the rest
The fries tasted like straight salt, and the chicken tenders like it was in grease with something burnt. In the past the food and service has been great. They also replaced the fries with no salt, and they were delicious. The service is good I had to wait and ask twice because they were so busy, which is a testament to how good they usually are.
My husband, daughter & myself went today after ordering we went to get our drink to find out there was no Ice. I then ask a worker about it was told " oh yeah about that we don't have any ice. I said ok well how do you want to the eat my dinner with nothing to drink he replied I can give you a refund for all your drinks. I told him I wanted a refund for all 3 meals which totaled around 48.00. Well then he was able to get us some ice from the drive thur machine. We went to get our drinks & half the drinks was out & the ones that was working was flat. I will not be going back to Zaxbys on Nine mile Rd in Pensacola Florida. The customer service wasn't good & neither was the service.
Love the beast box. I was a bit hesitant to try the cheddar bites but they're actually pretty good. Box comes with 2 toast, 5 chicken, fries, cheddar bites, feastable bar, a drink, and zax sauce and ranch. Got so hungry I started eating some on the way home ????
I love the hearty chicken strips. They aren't the thin little strips that won't stand up to dipping. They are thick meaty real white meat. Zax sauce is great on the fries and bread as well as the chicken. My new favorite buffalo dip and tater chips. Just spicy enough and the chips are what chips are meant to be. Love me some Zax.
We asked for sauces, and they DELIVERED! Great service, super clean, great food!
