This place was new to me. I’m visiting from Arizona where we have Canes. This place is ok. Chicken was good. Fries were good. Bread was eh. Dipping sauce was eh. They have the nice coke machine. Overall mid. Bathrooms were good. I won’t choose to repeat this place but if you want to try a new place enjoy.
First time here. Food is very good. Drive thru employees are terrible though. Not paying attention. Keep you waiting for a long time. Roll their eyes when you ask a question. Unprofessional
I ventured into this poultry paradise craving a delightful feast, and while my journey had its ups and downs, I left with a satisfied tummy.
First off, the main attraction: the Chicken Finger Plate. I got four lil crispy delights that were like little breaded warriors fighting their way into my heart. The chicken itself was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. However, I couldn't help but wish for a touch more seasoning. Perhaps the flavor Gods got a little too shy this time, but overall, the chicken fingers were quite good!
Onto the supporting cast. The crinkle fries played their part, providing a satisfying crunch with each bite. They were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of salt. As for the Texas toast, it was a buttery treasure. Though a tad on the greasy side, it added a comforting element to the meal!
The Zax sauce, a legend in its own right! This magical elixir provided a tangy kick that took the chicken fingers to a whole new level. It's like the Zaxby's secret weapon, ready to elevate any meal with its creamy zing.
While Zaxby’s slightly missed the mark for me, it's still a worthy culinary journey for chicken aficionados! It definitely did the job and filled me up - all for only $13.00!
Food here is amazing but the women in the drive through was completely and totally rude and disrespectful. She was giving us so much attitude and rolling her eyes. The women on the speaker was very nice tho.
Zaxby’s is above average chicken. It’s pretty good as a matter of fact. Their service however, could use a complete overhaul during busier hours. I’m not sure why chicken strips take over 30 minutes to prepare (without lines forming out the door)… but they’ve perfected this practice… we still go from time to time, but with better business practices, we’d be much better customers. Decided to post a review in hopes someone at their regional or corporate offices will read this.
Love the atmosphere here. Always consistent with food quality ???? Great taste, and even better customer service. This is my spot.
Made us wait for 25 minutes and when we checked to see if our food was done, it was just sitting on a counter. And we only got 2 zax sauces.????????
Always on point. Shrimp was spectacular. Tenders were perfectly cooked, fries were the bomb ???? as always.
