I’m so disappointed. Burnt bread. And burnt bread on the sandwich. How to eat that?! Extremely salty chicken, I can’t even eat that. Sauces are listed-1 ranch, 4 Zax sauce, they didn’t put us any!!! My sandwich is extremely old cold and dry. I didn’t eat that. Fries and pickles are fine. A girl who brought us food had a stone face, 0 emotions, like she was angry. I’m so unhappy.
Y’all need to up your game and set your food portions correctly. I got a big Zack meal with a total of nine french fries under a burnt piece of toast and three pieces of chicken. One was only half a piece of chicken. Or over $10 bucks.
I'm always here and my experiences been positive. The food delicious and the restaurant was clean. However, I had an issue with the bread on my previous last two orders.
When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she was professional and understanding. She made sure my new order included fresh bread. I appreciate her quick and courteous response to my concerns.
Just be careful so that no other customer complains about this anymore

I didn’t order a vegetarian sandwich. Why is my chicken missing? Unfortunately this is the quality that we can expect at fast food places now.
I purchased a salad for my granddaughter to try, it was the first I've ever gotten from Zaxby's. It was a very pretty salad. Whoever made it took the time and made it look like a piece of art. Everything was fresh, I know, because I couldn't get her to eat anything except the chicken. So I enjoyed the rest. That was during a week day. However my husband picked me up one on a weekend, well it wasn't the greatest. The lettuce was turning brown and the cheese was on the bottom. Most of it ended up in the trash. So I would purchase another one on the day shift, during the middle of the week.
I ordered online for pickup; a kids grilled cheese meal and a chicken finger plate. The food was ready quickly and hot but was way too salty to finish. 5 stars to the employees; they were friendly and polite. Restaurant was clean too.
This Zaxby's is always changing workers. Always. Constant employee changes tells me there might be a management issue. At least five times in two months, they've had no sweet tea because they were out of sugar. Waiting on trucks to come. I know demand is an issue but no other restaurants seem to struggle with ordering sugar. So who's not doing their job? Fries are never cooked fully. Sandwiches are made somewhat messy and sloppy. I used to like this place but lately the more I've gone, the less I like it. I've been to other Zaxby's and they seem to have better quality food, better service and overall better eating experience.

I had heard good things about Zaxbys but neither the chicken sandwich nor the fried pickles hit the spot. Both were soaked in grease. I understand it’s fast food but dang at least give the fry basket a shake before dumping in all the grease?
The chicken was a thick piece of chicken that was not seasoned all the way through. I could not finish it because it tasted gross to me. The sandwich was dry and the pickles were pitifully shriveled.
I won’t be back
