Went here for lunch to try the Asian Zensation Salad for the first time. I decided to go with grilled chicken on my salad instead of the fried & breaded. It was the middle of the lunch hour and there were a fair amount of people. The salad itself was quite delicious with the vinaigrette dressing adding a kick to it. A special shout out to Lauren the general manager who was cordial and friendly when taking my order. Overall a good experience.
The staff here genuinely cares about their guests! They were attentive, courteous, and pleasant. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh, while also being served very quickly. I’d drive the extra ten minutes to come to this location any day, best Zaxby’s around!
Food tasted horrible. And was drenched in bbq sauce I couldn’t even eat my food due to the over whelming sauce. It’s like you inhale the flavor too. I should of asked for a refund. Got my order wrong first time and had to correct it . So I feel like they did it on purpose even though I was nice about it. Bad attitudes and worst Zaxbys I’ve been too. And this wasn’t the first time something similar happened either.
Half the time I come to this location they mess up my order by omitting items. It's as if the staff is not even remotely focused on their job. I ordered a Cobb salad a few months ago, and they left out the bacon. People notice when you leave out bacon. So the next time I came back and ordered it again, I asked the guy at the food window if it had bacon on it - he said "yep!". I get home, no bacon.
Tonight I went to get a Chicken Finger Platter, and when I got home - no coleslaw.
Please do a better job hiring staff and perhaps do some secret shopping bc they are awful. Not even in the same ballpark as Chick-Fil-A service (but more expensive!). I guess if I do return I'll have to go inside (inconvenient), and make absolute sure the order is right. So sad, please fix this absolute mess.
These window workers are the best! I have to say the last two experiences I’ve had have been delightful. Kind and just nice! I had the strangest request and they surprised me and fulfilled it. These folks are sometimes the bright part of day!
Terrible service! I should have just ripped up my $10 instead of wasting it here. Rude young ladies working drive through who do NOT listen and cut you for while talking! Wrong food given, missing sauces, no seasoning on french fries....Worst Zaxby's experience EVER.
Charge for zax sauce. Is ok if you want extra sauce but don't give me any one. NEVER COME BACK HERE. CHICK FIL A IS THE BEST EVER THAT IS THE REASON IS ALWAYS FULL. zaxbys always empty. Something happens!!!????
Tired on Friday night and went to Zaxby's for a wings & things. TERRIBLE! Itty bitty wings that were tasteless, fries tasted like they were made yesterday and warmed up and the chicken also tasted old. This place is awful! Waste of my money
