There egg rolls are delicious, always fresh and hot!???? In the passed I have tried there other foods also. I wish there wings wasn't so hard, but they have a varieties of wonderful flavor sauces.
Ordered takeout and got home to find numerous strands of hair neatly placed on top of my food. Took it back to watch the cooks laugh in the kitchen along with the other employees. Older lady, who I assume was a manager, was apologetic. Spoke to the GM over the phone who couldn’t care less.
This is my favorite zaxby’s im used to fresh food and great customer service but that is changing. In the past 4 days I’ve visited the same location twice. My first visit, the cook looked crazy when i asked for my chicken tenders to be replaced because they were very small even for zaxby’s. I immediately asked for a refund because i just dont play like that with my food ????????♀️ especially when i cant SEE you preparing it. Today i got off work stopped again almost $12 for a big zax snax fried looked like they was holding on for dear life i didnt make a big deal but when i got to my car and bit a chicken tender that was barely warm i couldn’t take that. The cashier was very nice and replaced my food without an attitude which i appreciate. But this location is losing the juice

The chicken was hard to eat from the toughness. The fries were horrible! See pic for yourself. This isn’t my first time receiving subpar fries, but I never posted because No restaurant is perfect. However, the short haired older lady was very rude, and unconcerned with why I was unhappy with my meal. I came in polite and even offered to pay for the drink that I did not turn back in. She literally brushed me off and told someone else to do it, she said she couldn’t refund, she didn’t know what I said other than I wanted my money back in such a negative tone. I hate it for the younger people that work with this individual as she is a TERRIBLE example of how you treat a customer! She definitely earned this negative review!
Our granddaughter wanted to eat at Zaxbys. She knew about it from youtube of all places. I will have to say this zaxbys by far had the best chicken tenders.
Food is excellent!! Chicken strips and fries , what’s not to love ? It was slower so my order was made fresh and everything was perfect, hot and crispy !! The service was what you come to expect from most fast food places recently.. almost like I was bothering this young lady to take my order .. people suck , chicken rocks !! No more needs to be said
It's just too bad. I like the food - it's always pretty good. Fries are usually hot and crispy. Sandwiches are big and tasty. But this location needs help. Been through the drive thru three different times and each time I'm asked to pull to a parking spot and wait for my order. I'm not ordering anything weird. This last time I ordered three signature meals and waited over ten minutes. I noticed at least four other customers parked and waiting also. Also the person taking the orders needs to slow down her speech so she can be understood better and if there is going to be a wait, let people know so we can go somewhere else. Just too bad.
