Glad I paid $8 a piece for a handful of fries and small chicken strips even after I “went large”
The entire meal was excellent! The personal that were there during lunch time cooked everything great, even the french fries were cooked actually "crispy". I was shocked. Usually, no matter the location, the french fries are not good, not crispy, undercooked. This was my first visit and I wish that this (lunchtime crewmembers) send cooking instructions to all other Zaxby's restaurants about how to properly prepare and cook french fries - thoroughly crispy and make sweet tea, too.
Wow, everything of that Kickin' Chicken sandwich meal was just delicious! Thanks to the cooks!
Got the zax pack fries were freezer burnt, and not warm at all. It was also 42.00 dollars. We were in a large truck and trailer and the gentleman taking the trash was rude and talked very disrespectful to us because he had to wait for our truck and trailer could pull up to get out of his way so he could pull his trash container
We won't be back
Horrible and they cheating the customers with food. I ordered the taco meal and it didn't have nothing but 3 small lettuce, small tomato n a drop of sauce
I ordered a grilled cobb salad with extra grill chicken. I should have asked for everything and xtra since the amount was slack. Where’s the cheese and the bacon. Come on now. I didn’t return it because I didn’t have the time nor the patience. Do better please.
Hi I would love to say at the north road location in Orangeburg sc Zaxby's....Tavonna Johnson did wonderful job with showing great customer service and respectful attitude for having patience while placing my order....
Zaxby's is a Hit or a Miss. Sometimes they do good and sometimes they are Awful. Tonight I was very disappointed. Cashier wasn't pleasant, I went through drive thur so I wouldn't have to get out of the vehicle but unfortunately, I had to go inside because the Cashier forgot to give me my change. Good thing I did because they forgot to put my salad dressing & sauces in my bag then when I get home to eat OMG ????I ordered a Basket of Fries and it looked like a side of fries and my order of Chedder Bites which I love look like about 10 was in the box. Very Disappointing.
Here's an honest review. They gave me a melted Styrofoam container with holes all over it and inside of it was BURNT food. Figured I'd try the pickles anyways until I noticed I was about to eat Styrofoam stuck to a pickle. Not sure why thuis was allowed to be handed out. Must be children working. Would not recommend unless you have an aquired taste for bad attitudes and burnt, almost black food.
