Day shift if great. During lunch they are quick. Night shift not so much.
I've been here Multiple times so it's not based on one experience.
They close at 10pm on Fridays apparently? If so they should update their hours online.
Enjoyed our meal, the hot chicken was hot and the chicken was juicy!
Great place for family meals if chicken is your thing.
I've been by here a couple of times where they were closed early. Once they were out of one of the salads I wanted. I like Zaxby's; I'm just having a hard time with the service at this location.
Went back for another visit on 3/16. I was so disappointed. The salads were wrong, half full, and drenched in buffalo sauce. I'm willing to wait in the long lines for good food, but this visit was very disappointing.
Normally excellent Quick Service. Last trip walked in the door five kids standing around 10 ft from the counter I stand there for 45 seconds and no one speaks no one looks up. Then after I place my order and waiting for it one of the girls finally looks up and ask if she could take my order when I've already been standing there for 2 minutes one girl has to have another one help her with her job because she's got fake fingernails that she can't use to do her job properly. Next day back in all good stopped again at the drive-thru ask for honey mustard got home and they gave me Ranch so that was my second bad experience in two days with Zaxby's
Thanks so much to the Zaxbys crew in Algood, you guys went above and beyond after a miscommunication on my order. Their crew got my catering order fast and hooked up our Super Bowl party. I love their food anyway, and have the best wings in TN. Thank you guys so very much!!????????????????????????????????????????
Frustrating that Google shows that the store closes at 11. I drove out of my way and arrived at 10:01 and was turned away. Please update your Google hours.
Asked for Zax Sauce and ketchup 3 times and left with 2 orders of chicken fingers and only 2 zax sauces and No ketchup. Did they do that out of spite because we asked to make sure we got ketchup? Really, come on! I know you can do better than that!
