This Zaxby’s was recently remodeled and looks appealing. The food is always good, fresh and to my liking. Definitely try the fried pickles!
They’re always friendly and ready to serve you. If asked they give extra sauces and seasoning. Been a usual eating spot for me, it’s delicious. Keep up the good work!
Still hot and fresh 10 minutes before closing. In and out of drive-thru in less than 8 minutes. Everyone was eager to serve the customers, polite and professional. Ordered the wings & things traditional (traditional wings nuclear sauce and tenders rolled in sweet & spicy sauce). Can't beat good customer service and fresh food. Meat was falling off the bone! ????????
Ordered my food and had to wait 20 minutes, while waiting five other orders come out every one of them was wrong. The entire Lobby tables were all dirty, none to be set at. The other issue is that Zaxby's is giving you chicken nuggets instead of chicken fingers. This llocation needs some adult supervision.
Waited over 20 minutes for food, food was cold, didn't get everything ordered. Had to go back to counter and ask for our food. Asked for hot fries and they wanted our entire plate back and all we wanted were hot fries. The only good thing was the fried cheese stick bites and they were hot and fresh. Alyssa M was very helpful and apologetic but Mgr was not. I also think the Mgr is one who gave us our food and left off fried cheese sticks. That we had to go back and ask for. Observed that everyone in restaurant was not happy with service and the wait for food
While the service through the drive thru was fast, I had ordered 2 things, an Egg Roll Grilled Chicken Salad w/ the dressing on the side, and 10 PC chicken wings. The whole order was very disappointing. My egg roll was over cooked, and the tortilla strips on my salad were soggy. Then my husband's chicken wings were all very overcooked and cold. Kinda like they spent the last hour or 2 under a heat lamp.
As the first time at any Zaxby's and we were both disappointed.
Terrible service waited 20 min for one salad had no chicken or bacon. The drive thru cleared out twice while I waited. Terrible service. Please don’t waste your time going to this location
Worst Zaxby’s ever! Had me waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, no service. Then when I went inside the cashier did not even greet meet or let me know someone would be with me shortly. All the while the black chic with red locs was telling a guy to take over the drive thru. Still I was standing there and no one ever greeted me. They must just hire anybody these days. This place sucks!
This is honestly the worse Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to, and unfortunately I come here a good amount of times so this is a fair opinion. Ever since it was remodeled the workers or mostly management are the worst. They always gave me issues using the coupon on the bottom of the receipts so I stopped using that, they give low quality food more than half the time. It’s either dry or cold. This place needs a fresh set of workers. And definitely make sure to break your $100 bills before going through here because you won’t be getting your food.
