I ordered 2 6 pieceschicken finger meals. The girl was so rude because I ask for military discount, which she said she did and she didn’t. I purchased extra ranch I didn’t get it. I get home to both meals cold and only 4 pieces. Hey credit card is missing. I called and the The manager was very nasty and rude and said we don’t have your credit card and furthermore, you were probably only charged for four pieces so if you wanna come back and pay for it will give you the other two pieces I live quite a ways so this will be my last time Zaxby’s and I spend a total of probably 2 to 300 bucks a month there
Overall it's clean except for the windows and a few flies crawling on them. The chicken fingers and fries were good. The dip was ok. I would have preferred BBQ sauce. I had to ask for ketchup. The toast was flattened in the center. Forget the toast and give me more fries. A bit slow to acknowledge you at the counter. The drinks are self serve and there's a wide variety, which I like. The food arrived quickly, before I had finished filling my cup. A reasonable price for what you get. No napkins in the dispenser. Not too bad of an experience. I'll most likely will eat here again.
My chicken sandwich was hard and very old. I could definitely tell it had been well over the hold time. There was no tea, no coke.
The receipt says Jasmine, however Angie is the person that took my order in the drive thru and handed me my food. I can tell Angie really enjoys her job. She was very energetic and that was very refreshing. A+ customer service!
We were in the drive thru so atmosphere was not much to talk about. Service was fine, except she forgot to ask about sides. Food is always good at this store. It's a go to place for us if we are shopping and are ready to eat.
Maybe it was a bad day for the employees???? very rude and when I told them they forgot the fries on my order you would of thought I was holding the place up in a robbery! Cold fries and rude employees ????????
HORRIBLE PLACE! We came in this morning and my daughter was getting herself ice for her drink and I happen to look inside her cup and saw a COCKROACH! They need to be shut down!
The store was run down, dirty and dusty, very little parking, single use only bathroom which was dirty and had no paper towels, food was overcooked, french fries which I usually love from Zaxby's had almost no seasoning on half the fries, they were cold, and when I asked for them to be recooked and seasoned they refused and gave me back the same cold fries and a container of seasoning to season my own food which I paid them to cook and season. They explained to me that they don't season all the fries. When I told them every other Zaxby's I go to seasons the fries well they told me that was incorrect and that they're not supposed to do that. The soda was watered down and the machine spit and sputtered air and refused to give ice I had to use a second machine that they had on the counter. The soda machine or ice maker which was attached to it was so loud it felt like I was eating my dinner on an aircraft carrier. Literally the worst Zaxby's experience I have ever had and I will never return to this location and I'll make sure to let everyone in my loop know what a lousy location this is and how poorly it's managed and how poor the customer service and food quality is. This location is a discredit to the franchise which usually has a great quality fast food in my opinion and I love their french fries normally. The chicken tenders are usually spot on also but here they're crunchy, tough, and burnt. This is not at all what I would expect from a Zaxby's along with a $56 bill for the worst food I've eaten in a long time. Take my advice and go to a different location this one is not worth your money or your time...
