Wings were cold. It was pretty crowded but we ordered and received our food pretty quickly. The order was right and everything tasted great except the wings being cold to the touch, they weren’t even room temperature. Bathrooms were very gross, large random water puddles on floor, hair on counters, no water came out of the sinks (had to use hand sanitizer). Service was good
We stopped in quick for take out and the folks waiting on us were nice and our food came out correct, hot, and tasty. Bathrooms were clean and we were in and out rather quick. Zaxby's is a stop for us when on the road, however, this local Zaxby's is spot on and we will visit again. Enjoy!
I went to the Zaxby’s on Zebulon Road after I got off from work. I went to the drive-through. I sat there for 4 1/2 minutes no one answered, I really love this one so I drove around to the window the little young guy that was Working this Sunday 9/8/24 around 315pm I placed my order. He told me to pull up a little little bit. Someone would be right out, seven cars was served and I was still sitting there until I went inside and talked to the manager. He was very nice I just told him to refund my card, horrible service. You????????????????
Chicken sandwich took longer to cook but they informed us. Not a problem for us. They offered us drinks while waiting. Very nice crew! ????
The big guy in the back they said his name is big AL I'm not from Macon and family advised me to check this spot. I was not disappointed! The food was hot and full of flavor. I travel alot and next time I come through macon this will definitely be a go to spot for me. The staff was welcoming and very fast accurate with service. You guys are the definition of a family oriented great food restaurant. Thank you!
Since new management has taken over this place is my familys go to. People working there are pleasant now and the food is so good. The new tacos are to die for. Unlike other Zaxby's, they cook their taco shells on the grill and it makes them that much better.
I have to drive to Macon at least once or twice a month from north of Atlanta. I make it a point to stop at this location for the customer service and perfectly cooked food. There was more food in this pic but I had to eat.
Some of the best chicken you could eat, love the cheese bites, especially nice for a small dinner date or even Sunday after church lunch. I absolutely recommend the Cajun club on the toast it is absolutely amazing ????
