Went through the drive through tonight and got some food for my son and I. Service was excellent. Had to pull up to wait on my wings, which is expected but didn't take long at all. Definitely worth the wait. Everyone was extremely nice. Even my 11 year old said "why are they so nice here"
Inside and only ordered cheese bites. I asked her where they fresh she said yes I ate one they were in between they weren’t old and they weren’t fresh out. She argued with me that she watched him pulled them out of the grease I’ve had an issue before that I offered to give them back to her I was inside and she still was like those are fresh
I am leaving this 2 star review out of disappointment on multiple occasions. I have given them chance after chance and have become fed up wit this Zaxby’s in Clinton Tennessee. The people are usually very friendly but service when it comes to food is very poor. More than half of the time food is not at it’s freshest, one of my favorite things to get is usually a salad but the last probably 5 times I have gone their salad portions have dropped drastically compared to what I fell in love with. It’s very disappointing when you pay 12.00 dollars for a salad that is supposed to be a meal and your left hungry after you are finished.
It was the worst customer service. The food was very cold. It was very bad. Then i paid for 6 pieces if chicken. They gave 4 and when i let them they gave me smallest pieces and it was very cold. They had big time attitude. I will never go back there again. Garlic bread was cold and did not taste wright.
i paid almost 10$ for loaded fries and got almost no sauce at all
Excellent and wonderful service with mobile app order. Food was hot and delicious. Young that brought me the food was polite and courteous. Highly satisfied with my order and experience.
Sit in drive thru forever to get my food and it be wrong. Asked for spicy zax sauce and pickles to my nibblerz and got neither. AND also got unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet. Very frustrating.
1/2 waiting to place my order in the drive-through, turned the corner to the window, and there was no other car in sight. Holding everyone up at lunch time to change something in the drink machine.
People only get so much time for lunch, if there is a delay, you should let them know.
