personally the chicken was salty and flavorless, boneless wings in "tongue torch" didn't even tingled. probably won't visit this place again
October 16th: Before I start, id like to point out that I have worked in many fast food restaurants, so I get it. I’m currently 7 months pregnant and decided i really didn’t feel like cooking tonight as I work a full time job, and I was craving that chicken finger sandwich thing with the sauce on it. So I order me and my husband some food on the app. I drive across town to pick it up after about 20 minutes, and when I get there, all the chairs are up on tables and almost all the lobby doors are locked, at this point it’s 8:30, so they still have a while until closing, plus I’d never place an order at a restaurant right before they close as I understand how frustrating that is when you wanna go home. Fast forward, I walk in and they tell me the front lobby is closed, and I reply, “oh sorry, I have a pickup order I was just trying to pick up.” They ask for my name and I tell them, they go to the back and then come back out to tell me they are out of everything I order…what????????????? So I drove all the way out just to be turned around with no real refund. They couldn’t even call me to tell me that they were sold out. They ask me if I still want to fries, like no I’d like my time wasted back please, but they all lowkey had an attitude about offering me any food like I had done something wrong…How are you out of chicken at a chicken place? I get it but if that’s actually true, they desperately need new management to actually keep things in stock. This is a management issue. I then watch a kid walk in and pick up his food, then walk back out. What the heck happened last night?
Zaxby's specialized in a unique sauce particularly as a part of the kickin' chicken my son's favorite. I ask that the manager pay more attention to the preparation of this signature sandwich. The sandwich Texas toast lightly buttered and lightly toasted. Three tenders placed stop the bottom toast then a generous amount of Zaxby's special sauce then topped off with toast. The fries are seasoned lightly to perfect.
The last dinners we had the toast was burnt. The tenders were dropped before the oil reached proper temp so the crusty breading was not present.
I go to this location often, but when I accidentally ordered to this location through the mobile app, they immediately helped to refund the order and fix my mistake. The food is always great, but when was the last time you had awesome service? Thank you employees & management for being so kind when I made such a mess.
I have eaten my last Zaxby's salad. Ordered the Zen salad and it was nothing like advertised on TV. The egg rolls were burned. They were served whole and not chopped up in the salad. And the amount of the chicken was negligible, you could hardly find it in the salad. And the lettuce was not fresh. Zaxby's has lost my business. This is the 2nd salad in the 2nd location that has been subpar.
Never had a good experience here. Never get my food correct. They’re rude . They lie about the food you pay for. And they’re lazy as hell . I’ve had one manager named Fred to ever help me and correct the issue Over 4 years 2 days ago..pathetic I’ve thrown so much food away ..the salad was supposed to have extra cheese simple right? Not for this place
I had lunch here for the first time. The food came out hot, quickly, and the chicken tasted fresh. The facility was clean; the staff was very friendly and eager to assist. Well managed restaurant.
I'm not big on chain restaurants but I would visit this one again.
