Tried my first Zaxby's while visiting from NJ last month, where there is no restaurant close to where I live. Food was good, especially the egg rolls, which I find interesting being sold at a chicken place :) Cashier who took my order was nice and friendly so no complaints at all. Will definitely visit next time I am back in the area.
We ordered carry out to accommodate for our schedule and dinner time. I completely understand being busy, however we did not receive our food until after over an hour of waiting. There was one gentleman who was able to help assist after 45 minutes of waiting, but no one else was able to offer any assistance. I watched people walk in and finish eating their meals before I even received mine. And then after over an hour of waiting no additional items were offered due to our wait time. I’m not saying we needed free things, but after the amount of time we waited it would have been nice to have been shown that they were apologetic and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.
Malisa helped me in the drive thru today and it was a great experience. She was thorough, not rushed, and very polite! She took the time to verify my order at the speaker before I pulled around. My food was fresh, delicious, and my order was correct - can’t ask for much more ????????
OMG, my high school bands visit to the Okatie Zaxby's was just superb. I took at 65 band students to the restaurant and Gabriel and his crew were so welcoming. Fredricka and the other young lady took our orders with patience and professionalism. They took the time to make sure orders were correct and names were spelled correctly. The workers in the back did not slow the process down at all. Our food was hot and fresh and not one had to be done over or was missing anything. Even our bus driver commented that you guys were in and out today. Bravo to Gabriel and the entire staff that worked during the Battery Creek Bands visit. We WILL be coming back. Thanks again.
My experience fast, friendly, and polite. Our cashier was Terrell and he was extremely respectful, professional, and exceptional at his job. The manager was also very welcoming and made sure to speak with us and make sure everything was going well. Very happy with our experience!
Keith that at works at the Okatie store is an awesome young man he deserves 10 stars! Over the last couple of months on my way to work I have watched this kid get off a transportation bus and walk the rest of the way to work! Before the store is even open! & During my lunch break when I patronize the store he always has a great attitude & even better customer service! When Zaxby’s had the 3 taco meals he was the only one that cared to get my order right! This young man is hard-working and dedicated to his job! I wrote this Long review to let him know that his good work has not went on unseen, WE NOTICE!!!! He deserves recognition❤️ keep up the good work!!
Service was great and the food was fresh and hot! Malisa made my experience personable to helped lift my spirits on this rainy day.
This location is always timely, polite, and clean! Don’t come here super often but every time we do, the drive through line is expedited, and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. Marisa greeted me at the window last time and was very sweet. If you’re a zaxby’s fan, this location is great!
