We have been here a few times now. The first time coming our food was just ok.... but the last couple times everything has been spot on. Food is hot and fresh tasting. My kids love coming here now. Keep up the good work ladies and gents. :)
Everything is Shrinkflation. If you want to charge the prices you do for a salad, please continue to give customers enough chicken. It's now cut into tiny tiny pieces, hardly none. A 12.00 salad should be more meatier. I will not patronize Zaxbys anymore.
The kicking chicken sandwich and fried pickles are great !!
The food and service here are always great!
I ordered takeout yesterday. I had Great experience very friendly staff They were quick Clean restaurants. I will definitely be going back
After we ordered and the girl at the window took our card, I was in passenger seat, I realized after the fact that she was eating a sucker and then pulled it out of her mouth to speak. Disgusting. And she could have cared less that we were there much less understood us, had to pull up to wait for 2 salads. Which by the way had maybe 2-3 pieces of chicken. Will not be back to any zaxbys locations. Never again. Get people that want to work.
Thank you Zaxby’s in Walkertown for being on the ball tonight. Your competition no longer serves strips, so you’re on top! Staff was polite and fast, the app worked great, and the personal delivery after 9:00 pm because the front was closed was fantastic. Busy night. As you can see, the 20 piece family strip meal was fantastic!
Beyond disgusting! We came through the drive thru for dinner tonight to be pulled up to wait for our food to finish cooking. 20 minutes later we get our food, drive home to have RAW chicken! $48 down the drain!
