Food was good but the girl at the drive through was slow as a snail. I ordered a LG Sweet tea with my order and they gave me unsweetened. I had to pull up and wait on my food and the correct drink. The girl brought out a unsweetened tea the 2nd time and I sent it back. I waited another 20 minutes but they never brought my drink out. You wonder why you don't make much, well honey there you go!!! Crappy service!!!

Just ordered online for a pickup of $30. Everything was old & cold. EVERYTHING. 2 wings & things boxes. My brother picked the food up and didn't check until it arrived to me, I live not even 2 minutes from the restaurant. Also paid for xtra fries, didnt get them. Very unsatisfying meal.
Ordered the Cobb salad. It tasted good, but it is not worth the price. $9.50 for a salad is criminal. There's no ifs, buts, or coconuts about it. The typical person would rather just order off the regular menu. I will next time.
The drive-thru service was fast. There were 10 cars in front of me and I received my food in 13 minutes. I suppose most places have learned how to prepare food faster during this time, because that usually would equate to a 25-30 minute wait.
the workers were very rude. scoffing and rolling their eyes at us when we pointed out our incorrect order. the only nice worker was the lady in the kitchen
Napkin/ lids station never stocked . Long wait times always. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Flat drinks! Who ever the new lady they hired with the black wig in a ponytail is they need to fire her asap. Rude attitude for no reason. If you hate your job then leave.
I will not go back to this Zaxbys until something changes. You can tell the food has been setting out for hours, the fries aren’t even fresh…the people they are hire are absolutely rude! It’s worth the drive to just go to Petal at this point! I am just pissed off, how in the world can you be rude to children when you are the ones who messed up the order! I paid $40 for trash!
I would not suggest this place to anyone!
We had a five-star experience today at this Zaxby's! The cashier (sorry, didn't get her name, it was at 4 PM on Sat, May 4, 2024) was very nice and helpful to us, which was great especially after a long day of travel! When we picked up our order from the counter, she made sure to double-check the bag to make sure everything was right. The food was fresh and delicious.
I like Zaxby's but this location was not great on our visit. Everything was too salty and overseasoned. Service was slow. Soap dispenser in the lobby was out of batteries, and soap in men's bathroom was out- how are they washing their hands?
