The place is always clean and the chicken fingers are fabulous! We buy the 10 piece and have leftovers to cut up on salad the next day. Yummy! The French fries are hot, crinkle cut and not wimpy. The toast is just buttered toast, I don’t get the attraction. We are fans!
I usually don’t rate fast food places high, but this Zaxby’s was really great. The location is brand new, the staff is very friendly, service was fast and most importantly our food was very fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend this location.
I ordered the number three which is the wings and the tender meal everything came out fresh hot the tenders were awesome lightly breaded. The wings I ordered the Buffalo garlic with those the sauce was a little salty but other than that the flavor was really good and the service was awesome
I ordered the chicken club sandwich, the chicken was nicely seasoned, had very good flavor and perfectly cooked. The fries were also very tasty. I had 2 problems with my sandwich the cheese was hard and cold and they put way too much sauce on my sandwich making it very salty. Besides that the meal was pretty good for the price.
Stopped in before our movie (45 minutes to spare) as it's in the same plaza. There were 2 other tables in the restaraunt that had ordered plus our party of 2 (total 6 people). We ordered chicken tenders/fries and a chicken philly sandwhich. It took 35 minutes. We had to scarf our food to get to our movie start time. Appeared to have plenty of staff in the kitchen and behind the counter.
The food was average. The chicken philly is served on a grilled hot dog bun and chicken was good. Chicken tenders good. Food arrived hot. We paid $28 for these two items and 2 drinks.
The place was clean and really nice inside. And food was ok. But....I wouldn't go back only because of the wait time for 2 items on a slow night.
Love me some Zaxby's!! One of my go to fast food chicken restaurant and this location delivers the brand extremely well. Clean, well maintained, and fast freindly service!!
Just went inside of here and we decided to leave me and my family. This place was really dirty. The restrooms were so dirty and awful and in the food preparation there was this girl touching all of her hair on top of the food. It was just disgusting. I do not recommend this place. No hairnets. Her hair was long with dreads. She was just touching it all the time just pulling it out.
I go to this place because it is close to my house and when I order via the app my food is usually ready. As you can see from the photos the presentation of my order was by care for. It was packaged and rushed. The customer service is 0/5 stars because when I asked the young lady for a drink carrier she looked at me as if I was bothering her. After today I will delete the app and no longer support this business.
