The worker named Liliana is so good at her job she delivered outstanding customer service and she really had me out there just trying shit she is an outstanding saleswoman and really put the brand on her back. It’s amazing that zaxbys has such overqualified workers because this other worker named Ethan from a long time ago was not it boo I’m glad to see that the level of customer service improved. I’m not sure what yall are paying these fine workers but GIVE LILIANA MORE she definitely deserves it. Btw I don’t even know her but I think she’s just an excellent worker who deserves it. <3 period
I did a mobile order for two of the new Blu Zalads one was with grilled the other with fried chicken. Per the app only the fried is to recieve the buffalo drizzle sauce but they also put it on the grilled. I called to see if I could come back and have the grilled chicken one remade because it wasnt suppose to have the sauce. I was told okay just bring the receipt. I get to the establishment only for the lady in the kitchen to have an attitude and snapped at me asking me very rudely well what do you want on it? I advised grilled chicken no sauce add the cucumbers and everything else that it comes with. She proceeded to mumble something and I explained the app does not give the option to say no sauce for grilled as I showed them on my phone. I also advised the app clearly says Fried option includes drizzle of Buffalo Garlic Blaze. The lady in the kitchen was clearly upset and had an attitude so I said it's okay you don't have to remake it. I'll just take my refund. It's not the customers fault that your mobile app is not specific and if I'm paying my money I want my food made correct. The lady proceeded to come from the kitchen to explain how I didn't specific on the receipt no drizzle at which I told her and showed again the app does not give that option for the grilled and since she was upset that it's okay I'll take a refund for both salads I don't want the food from someone with all this bad energy that agreed they were upset. Even if you were you don't take that out on the customer. Will never go back to this location and I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location.
I think that if you want to keep your customers you should not short them on the items you are selling. I'm very disappointed with how Zaxbys is charging the same price but delivering less this picture is suppose to be chicken bacon ranch fries.
They did not upsize the meal but I was charged for it. They did not sub in the dipping sauces I wanted. They also hardly put any sauce on the boneless wings and things.
If you like HAIR in your food by all means enjoy. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and found hair... both times. Long brown hair too. The girls with their ponytails should be secured in a bun because guess what.. hair sheds. I think they actually dropped the food on the floor and still plated it. I was throwing up so much bring my order back for a refund. Never again!!!!
What really got me is that i was asked if i would like a replacement both times because they don’t do refunds????

I got Uber eats just a second ago and my spicy chicken sandwich was hard and it was not spicy and my fries were barely warm, if it’s an Uber eats wait until the person is there to pick up the order then bag the order, no one wants cold food. It was not great at all the whole meal was barely worth the 25 dollars, even messed up the drink, how is that even possible. Thanks though I know it’s not always the employees fault.
First time, ordered at Drive-Thru the grilled chicken sándwsandwich was very good but wished more fries came with the meal.
Went last night for dinner. I got the boneless wings with BBQ sauce. Was really good. I couldn’t decide if I wanted BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce so I asked for extra BBQ sauce and some teriyaki sauce on the side. They both were good though. I ended up with the BBQ sauce. I will definitely get this again.
