Best WLM Reviews
The person at the drive though was nice and patient because we had only been to Zaxby's once before. I decided just to try the chicken tender tacos thinking they would be like a chicken wrap. I was WRONG
They were the best chicken tacos I've ever eaten. The pico de gallo they put on it seriously brought it all together. I hope it stays because I will go back for them again. Such a great experience all the way around.
First time at Zaxbys. Great fried chicken! Super soft and fluffy. Nice lemonade. Can 100% recommend if you like chicken
This Zaxbys used to be very good but not anymore. The fries were horrible, dry and old like the grease hasn't been changed. The chicken was dry and cold like it's old and has been sitting up. I got the chicken tacos and wings and things. The tacos were ehhh....the chicken strips in the tacos were hard and just thrown together. One taco was closed and all the fixings were just placed on top. Two meals for $32 and it was horrible ???? So disappointing ????
The food was good but the cashier got our name wrong on the order. When they called the name we didn’t come and when we figured out it was us the woman got an attitude with us and was being rude.
Service is great, the staff is friendly and attentive but the quality of the food was just not on par with other Zaxbys locations in my opinion, the food had a stale taste as if it had been sitting for longer than it should have.
The portions here are pitiful… service is good, but this is the size of y’all’s tenders (compared to a ranch)?? What is actually going on?
My mom went to zaxbys today and turns out the tomatoes were not great very soggy and old.
we just went here on 6/4/24 and the young men that took our order and handed us our food(two separate ones) they both were so nice and said my pleasure after everything. it kinda shocked me because i’ve never been anywhere other than chik fil a that says that. aside from that they also had good manners food was great and it was super fast. thank y’all!
