Very dirty inside. The 35 minutes I was inside there was old food on every table and the floors was very dirty. Trash on several tables was there the whole time. I told the girl that the drink machine was empty. She told me that maybe she needs to change the syrup. I waited for her to do it. She never did in 35 minutes.
I am very disappointed and wish I had my money back. The chicken was very small and counted as 1 piece each. Probably should have went to Bojangles. The place needs an adult running it. The kids here are doing terrible.
Absolutely, worst place to go for service.
I was picking up an order to go, as soon as I walked in, I walked straight over to the pick up order shelf & looked for the order I needed.
The girl behind the counter watched me as I came in, looked on the shelf & when I came to the counter, another employee asked me if I was looking for a to go order. I said yes & before the other employee got a chance to open up her mouth to ask me what the name was on the order, the other employee that watched me do everything told me everything was on the shelf.
Obviously, it wasn’t because I would have not came to the counter to ask where it was. That just proves that common sense is not a flower grown in everybody’s garden, clearly it’s not in hers.
Now I know why they’re hurting for help & management… they hire morons. ????♀️
So normally, I really like this place. However, today I ordered delivery for the first time and the delivery service is incompetent to say the least. My food was delivered 30 minutes early and was just left wherever, even after given specific and detailed instructions. By the time I found it, with the help of several neighbors, the food was cold and gross. I did not receive any notifications letting me know my food was delivered. When I called the Zaxbys location they did not answer the phone, even after several attempted phone calls over an 1/2 an hour of time. This experience ridiculous and I’m extremely disappointed.
Owners and operators need to stand and take attention to what’s going on in the Zaxby’s restaurants. From reading the reviews, this place should be less than one star it needs to either revamp management or revamp employees to get the job done correctly. This is unacceptable for the prices that you pay for this food and all you get back is I’m sorry you had a bad experience contact so and so so that we can fix it . Just a heads up more than two bad experiences at your store. People are not gonna come back. I ordered online MrBeast feast Ables box. The chicken is stale and dry. The fries were barely warm. The cheese bites were hard and chewy. As far as the sauce goes. I got a plastic container with less than a quarter inch of sauce in the bottom of it for my chicken Did not change the sauce for the cheese bites which I would have because I’m not a fan of Zack sauce. I stopped eating From Zaxby’s roughly 2 years ago for this exact same thing in Hixson Tn. I’m just wondering if you have the same manager from Hixson to here now because it’s the same kind of drab food . The overall experience was cool ordering online driving up to the drive-through picking it up. I just wish the food could have been fresher and at least got my dipping sauce for my chicken probably will not shop there again.
I went to this location on Thursday night around 9:30pm. Did not receive my food until after 10pm and food was incorrect. Ordered wings and things with tongue torch tenders, received them plain and fries were not seasoned. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo, no tomato on sandwich. How can a place take 30 minutes to get so much wrong?
For Maria the manager in dayton my husband and I came thru the drive thru today. Spent $22 on food. His was cold and my Cobb salad had hardly any chicken and it was soggy ???? this is twice we've been to this location and we've been let down both times. We enjoy the food we use to come once a week but now I don't think we will be returning the salads can be prepped to where they're not soggy and mushy. The chicken finger plate he got was a 5 PC. Double fries no slaw. Had slaw and the chicken was cold. Plz let's fix this because our family and our little girls love yalls food!
I don't even usually write reviews, but this location messed up in about every way. Waited in drive through for 30 minutes, the chicken on the salad was fried instead of grilled also it was missing bacon. The mr beast box had no chocolate bar. We were instructed to move forward from the drive through and wait for our order. After 15 minutes I went inside to find it had just been sitting on the counter the whole time and been forgotten about. Very disappointing.
Everytime I visit this establishment by going through the drive through, and I mean every single time, my order is wrong and we’re in line for well over 20 minutes because of the slow service and nonchalant attitudes. There's even been multiple times where the new tacos have tasted off.
