Today my experience was horrible. Normally the food is fresh and my order is accurate. They handed me someone else's order and I did not know until I drove away. I came back to the store and the young lady put on the screen to fix my order. I gave them back the food that wasn't mine then they handed me my food. Got home and my great 8 boneless meal looks like they got left overs out of the trash, put it in a container and handed it to me. My daughter refused to eat it. I normally come here but very disgusted today.
Great food; everything is fresh and tasty. It's a little ridiculous that they can't toss half your order in different sauces, though. And avoid the fried pickles and cheese curds! You don't get enough for the price.
Food was excellent. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. The young lady that checked me out was courteous and prompt. I ordered 5 fingers meal and had them dipped in there buffalo wing sauce with blue cheese. Meal was awesome! Thanks
What happened? Zaxbys used to be good.. The restaurant and people are nice.. the food is horrible.. I kept taking bites thinking it had to get better, but was very disappointed. Please bring back the old way y’all used to make food.
Just had the worst service from this place! All of our food was stale and cold and our bread wasn't toasted, just butter! I will not be wasting my money there again!
The fries look freezer burnt and they’re hard/inedible
Pretty clean, friendly staff but they over killed my appetizer with salt .. there was so much salt it was unbearable to eat .. this was during lunch on a Friday
Would love to order dinner, however, can't order on line or on the app. System says I have an account, but, won't send a code to my email and wrong phone number. I use an alternate email and create a new account/password and the app does nothing. On line site is useless and not working.
