Ordered 2 wings and things and a side of cheese curds and funnel cake tell me why i recieved 10 curds on a giant plate for 4.99 that is so ridcolous not to mention when my wife tried her bonless they were sweet and sour and not mild like ordered everything else was luke warm or cold and the soda machine was dry on anything not diet also while sitting down in the dining room i noticed there was an employee sleeping in one of the family boothes completely occupying one of the largest tables there i understand inflation exist but that dosnt meen to completely rip-off your customers right infront of them
I felt so humiliated taking that tray from the counter lady this needs to be amended very soon or buisness will be slim to none
The dine-in portion of the location was not open, so we did the drive thru.... As a first timer, I was surprised at the extensive menu. Being from the west coast it was a cross between a Wing stop, Popeyes and Cane's. Supposedly they' re known for their Chicken tenders. I didn't find out till after. Oh well..

Zaxby's Signature Sandwich meal about $10 Not a bad price
Chicken Sandwich - 5/5 super juicy and huge, enough to share if your not a glut hahah
Fries - 4/5 Seasoned well
Drink - Ice tea. plain tea, all good.
I asked about the dine- in portion of the restaurant, the young lady said they were extremely short staffed. Ok understandable.
I explained it was my first time after I got my order so I asked about sauces.. or anything else they are known for. They were nice enough to give me some of their popular sauces..
Final thoughts.. I enjoyed the meal and would come back it was near, I wouldn't go out of my way for them. I prefer canes but both "secret sauces" taste similar. LOL
I placed order online and the online say that it will be ready at 744pm.. and when I got to Zaxby at 805pm. My order wasn't even ready .. The manager keep saying that she haven't seen order for me online and whenever she see it then will make the order... I'm on my 30 minutes break.. and my break is about to be over... I'm waiting patience but what's the purpose on ordering online if you still have to wait... just got my food at 819pm.. I ordered a grilled Cobb zalad and paid $11.28..now I've to rushed back to my job and clock back in and didn't even get a chance to eat ????????????????...
This is the North Monroe location If I could put a 0 for this location, I would. We sat in a long line, in drive through, because someone was playing on the headset. The cashier taking the order and at the window was highly disrespectful. When we got to the window, she took our card and gave us our food, closed the window and had us waiting for 5 min for a drink that she claimed she didn't know we didn't have. Then, he gave us the wrong drink and kept slamming the window. Very disrespectful and no customer service at all. Whoever the manager is, it's very poor management. The food was not worth it. Everyone was in the store distracted. As for the food, my son said it was good. This is his go-to place for tenders and sauce. The sauce was supposed to be tongue torch but was not spicy at all. Zaxbys is just going downhill with their service at some location. This is one location I will never visit again.
When you pull in at night they looked closed not a single light is on, if you weren’t from Tallahassee and didn’t know where it was you would never find it, although it was a very quick and easy process using the mobile app, when I got my food I was missing things from my order as the lady at the window said “everything is in the bag” and closed the window and I drove off, everything was cold , the chicken the fries the bread all of it. Worst comes to find out an hour later I had food poisoning to the max. Just don’t understand why franchises are getting worst and worst by the years
The wait in drive thru was ridiculous! I wanted to leave, but you can't exit the drive thru lane because it's so narrow.
When I did make it to the window, the lady didn't understand how to scan my app in order to use my points.
The large fry definitely wasn't a large fry, the container was about 1/3 of the way full, and I didn't get the basket off toast I paid for. They only put one side of toast in a bag.
Normally, Zaxby's is great, this time, they weren't so good.
The Signature Club Sandwich at this Tallahassee N Monroe St location On January 22, 2023, was a very tiny bit of chicken and just 2 small pieces of bacon.
I actually took it back for a replacement. The replacement was small, too, but it had 3 pieces of bacon. The CCNE location has much better food, and so do other locations I have eaten at in other cities. I was actually afraid to eat the replacement because it was SO SLOPPY.
The food was great and it came pretty quick! The tables and floors were pretty clean! But the best thing about this place was the service! Kyah was so kind! She was super polite and friendly! You should definitely try this place!
