I have come here a few times and never had any huge problems. Occasionally there’s a bit longer of a wait than I would expect but it’s never anything completely ridiculous. The food is fine for what it is and the price is reasonable. I’m sure I’ll be coming back.

We were visiting from California and needed a quick meal driving from Charlotte to Raleigh. My cousin who lives in Charlotte, recommended this place. We got the wings n things meal with boneless chicken wings with mustard sauce, fries and chicken. It was honestly so much food we ended up eating the rest the next day. I wish we stayed longer to try the shrimp and other things. The winner was the mustard sauce on the wings. Just the right amount of spice. I'm glad I switched from teriyaki to mustard.
Ordered take out, 4 meals. We got home and only 3 of the meals were in the bag. Should have checked before leaving, lesson learned. Disappointing because I live 15 mins away and I wasn’t going to drive all the way back there.
This is a pretty nice place. It wasn't awesome just because it's like all of the others. But i liked the service. we lost some of our items, and they were very nice about it
One of my favorite fast food spots I just love their food so when I'm in Virginia or Carolina I have to stop by. The chicken straps are soo good w fries.
I come here all the time but yesterday was a terrible experience and I won’t be back. Not 1 but 2 strands of hair was found in my salad. After driving 20 mins to my destination I called the store to let them know and they were rude and nonchalant about the incident. I called the Huntersville location to reach the area manager and she told me to come there to get a free meal. After 20 mins there, she I ordered the salad, a drink, and an egg roll. She directed me to pay for all the items but not the salad. I shared how I wanted to be complimented for this inconvenience and gas but she continued to order me to pay. I was very disappointed in this customer service. Zaxbys, count your days! There are fast food places that value customers.
After a long day at work heading home with my son , I asked him where he would like to eat and he said Zaxby's so we went. We placed our order only to arrive at the house with nothing that we ordered. No cheese bites, club sandwich or nibblers. How to make a long day even longer ask this Zaxby's.
