On this day, August 19 2024 @ approximately 9:10pm My order was the greatest in Zaxby’s history. I’ve received my silverware and sauces(WHICH IS RARE). The fries was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The wings were sauced to perfection. I give 5 stars to whoever made sure this food was PERFECT!
Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged and never were. Employees walked by us at least 20 times but did not stop once to ask what we wanted. Additionally, the place was unkept. We left with no food or attention. Where was owner or management?
Visited on the 4th of July and the staff was friendly and in good spirits. The food was fresh and fast. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars for the food was the fries could’ve used about 1-2 minutes longer in the oil to get that nice crispy golden brown. Great job Zaxby’s team. We will definitely be back as this was one of the better experiences we’ve had here in Hartwell
I ordered Uber eats and someone and an employee at this zaxbys marked it as picked up even though I had not picked it up. The manager Emily I think is her name started yelling at me in the store and I thought for a second her body guard behind her was going to get aggressive. Spend your money anywhere else! This place is AWFUL!!!!!
Horrible service at the drive thru. We sit for 30 minutes at the window waiting on 2 salads, watching 4 employees lean against the counter. I’ve lived in Hartwell my entire life and have never seen service that bad. It gets worse every day. I WILL NEVER come back to this place again.
Awesome workers, very patient and friendly. When you have a family of 6, it sometimes takes a while to get everyone on the same page to order, and the lady behind the counter was very helpful in making suggestions to our children. The food was made quickly and was delicious. The only complaint I have is that I spent $98.00 to feed 6 of us, and they tried to charge you for extra ranch dressing and any other condiments. In my opinion, that is ridiculous! All zaxbys try this, and it needs to stop. You're definitely gonna pay to eat here and shouldn't have to pay extra for a couple extra Ranch dressings.
Worst service in the world. Ordered online to pickup. Went 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Waited over 45 minutes just to get any service to get out food.
Thus was my first trip through the drive thru and at night. The young lady at the window was very rude and snotty. She needs to learn pleasantries, to smile, and customer service. I give this a one star.
On a side note, Miss Tracy, during lunch hours, is amazing. She is hard working and frequently doing the work of at least 2 people and is still pleasant, friendly, and smiling. She deserves 5 stars!
