Best WLM Reviews
Food was pretty good. Nothing great. But not bad. The snack box with 3 tenders, fries, toast, and a drink for under $9 is hard to beat anymore. I’d come back again.
So I am editing my review because I went in again and a former employee recognized me from about a year ago. We had a great conversation while I waited for my food. It did take some time for them to serve me however their drive-thru was wrapped. So completely understandable. This time the service was all around friendly including expo. My food was fresh as always and the Freestyle machine seems to be working fine; finally. If I had to choose between Raisin Canes and Zaxby's I'd choose Zaxby's everyday! The store was clean as usual and I virtually had no issues on this visit. Recommend 10 out of 10.
Great fried chicken and really good fries.
If I could give negative stars I would. 1 star is way to many for place. Where to start? A few months ago I got coleslaw that was rancid. I called and they told me to come in and they would give me a new meal. I went back and not only was the coleslaw rancid again, everything was burnt. My wife happened to meet the manager and he asked us to come back in and he would make it right. We went back tonight and shouldn't have. Food was burned, the sauce packets were open in the bag and the the chicken strips looked more like chicken nuggets.
Cold soggy fries and this is what I got when I requested some sauce for a 4-piece. It’s empty and not even what I ordered. Save your hard earned money.
The ASIAN ZENSATION ZALAD™ is phenomenal, so delicious. The addition of an egg roll is the icing on the cake. All of Zaxby’s salads are wonderful. This location has never disappointed… always great food, friendly service, and clean restaurant. I always leave fully satisfied.
one of the best places by far! everyone was so kind and helpful the kitchen got my food out super fast and made how i wanted it and then they even came up front and made sure to get my order out and not wait for the front to be free due to them being busy
The food was lacking. Service was nice, restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.
