Love this Zaxbys! Food is always fresh and staff are always polite and understanding save for one particular employee. I don’t know if she’s been having a bad month, but for the past month (the few times that I went to Zaxbys) when she was taking my order she was very off putting and seemed like she just didn’t want to take my order. Hope she has a better day though. Willing to change my review come the next visit.
Update: Not sure if the lady is gone or not, but she hasn’t been there the past couple time I decided to eat here. Staff was super friendly this time!
This was probably the worst experience I’ve had with a Zaxbys.
Very disappointed and the franchise owner needs to make some change, because this is not the way Zaxbys needs to be ran.
We walked in to go place an order at 7:46 PM
The employees at this restaurant act like it was 9:46pm closing time. Everything we go to order we have to wait 10 or 15 minutes, she said because it’s getting close to closing time, they Don’t have anything prepared. The drive-through is staying steady with people parking having to the wait for their food and I’m dumbfounded and looking at the time and They don’t close for another two hours at this point.
After placing our order, we filled up our cups with sweet tea, sat down while we’re waiting for our food and the pregnant girl that took our order had Another girl dump out the big tea jugs. I walked up and asked about it and she said that she’s pregnant and can’t dump out herself. I tried to explain, we just ordered sweet teas and only got one cup and we would like to refill our drinks when we get our food and all she could say is I’m pregnant and I can’t dump it out myself. I tried to explain to her. It’s only 8 PM. You don’t close until 10 PM. We just ordered drinks and was drinking the sweet tea, why would y’all dump them this early? It’s Such a waste when you have customers that just ordered sweet tea’s and pour them down the sink right after they filled one cup up. I’m really aggravated about the drink situation due to the rising cost of drinks anymore, we should have had the option to refill our drinks.
As far as the food, boneless chickens wings were not the greatest, and the fries were a little raw and soggy. I ordered a go large fry With extra seasoning and got a regular size fry With no seasoning. I barely ate my meal and totally wasted our money!
This is my second time going to this Zaxby's this time I went inside the store to sit down and eat my order was right and the food was delicious. Autumn was very nice, but the lady with big pearl earrings working the drive thru interrupted the 2 second conversation I was having screaming at her about where something was. She's very rude and needs maybe more training on how to speak to people.
The food was warm at best. The chicken was not fresh. The fries were too salty and soggy! The Dinning Area Was Dirty! I was also charged for 1 dipping sauce.
Not bad place usally but went get food last night, girl didn't repeat it back, put wrong number in, and didn't give me a fork or ranch with my meal. Great place when they have good employees
I spent $19 I'm just a meal and lemonade and cheesecake bites and the only thing fresh was the cheesecake bites the lemonade was good but it was shortly after they open and I really expected my meal to be fresh and it wasn't
They no longer allow substituting fried pickles for fries and the location is perpetually slow in fulfilling orders. There are better and easier options if you’re looking for quick service chicken options in Van Buren.
I’ve been craving Zaxby’s for a few days, as a trucker I’m not always in an area they are. This location is extremely stingy with the fries I can literally count them at a glance 9 fries here’s a pic. I’ve never counted fries before but it’s just in your face.
