We ordered and my chicken sandwich was raw. The staff member called the manager but they didn't really seem to take it seriously.. I waited and waited for the replacement sandwich just to find out it wasn't cooked.. Staff laughed an it and didn't think it was serious to give people raw chicken.. This is my first experience at a Zaxby and it not a good one.. I cannot recommend it and won't probably try it again..
The worst is the staff don't seem to really take customers service seriously..
Let's NOT roll eyes at my husband after he asks if the extra sauce we paid for was in the bag. Even if you thought he was asking for another, which he wasn't, that's rude.
Oh, and you forgot my utensils too.
My fries were old and cold, and they charge us for a cup of water when other stores around the area don’t charge anything for a cup of WATER.
I have been to other Zaxby’s and they don’t charge any for water.
$0.25 or $ 0.50 per a cup of water seems reasonable to paid, YOU GUYS ARE CHARGING $2.25 per a small cup of water that’s insane it’s almost as much as a pice of grilled chicken
Baby sized chicken fingers. Season-less fries. You have to pay for sauce. They gate keep the sauce. Overpriced. Low quality. No hair nets and a they/them/it taking orders with a muzzle on.
My kids love French Fries.
I like salad.
But soda is ????
Employees are incapable of making an order correctly. Their soda machine is often out of syrup and not taken care of. Asked for an extra sauce after they forgot to give me and and their coke machine was not working and got told it would be 25 cents. Wonderful customer service to nickle and dime someone after getting their order wrong, forgetting the sauce in the first place and having a malfunctioning coke machine.
Great Zaxby’s. Food was fresh and staff were friendly. They took care of our order for nine people efficiently. They weren’t too busy on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. Always love the Coke Remix machine too!
Food was terrible and the workers were rude. They put way much sauce on my wings and only gave me like 10 frys. The only good think was the soda. The workers made a mistake and wanted to get mad that they had to fix it. Just terrible all around.
