Very clean place! I went in at night and it was a great experience. They have an amazing, hardworking, friendly and thoughtful staff. Top notch customer service from team member Kris. She’s great at her job and made the overall experience so much better. She deserves all the recognition for her hard work, friendliness, dedication and customer service. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. This is my favorite Zaxbys location in the valley !
Food: we ordered the 20 piece chicken strips. It was fresh, light and crispy. We tried their sauce and it was nice with a zang to it. I wish I would have asked for variety sauce. Fries were slightly seasoned with a salty sweet bbq flavour. It was a nice surprise. Toast was your usual restaurant toast.
Funnel cake was average, crispy, sweet.
however.. if I want a funnel cake, I would definitely go thru the drive through to order one.
Service: cashier was super nice and patient since we were new to Zaxby’s. Waiting time for our food was about 5 minutes, not bad at all.
Atmosphere: very clean, comfy and the decor was welcoming, more of a southern feel… almost like a fast food version of a dine in restaurant comparable to maybe CHILI’S or applebeesz

Zaxbys really does have the best wings around. And yes I have tried them at plenty of other places. The salads are great too and before you think I should hand in my ‘man card’ I just point out that they have grilled or fried chicken pieces added too. Plenty of sauces to choose from. Never super busy and always easy to get a table. A good location as well.
Just went on Feb 1st at 3:19pm and the chicken tenders were dry and old tasting and the fries were burnt crispy no seasoning on them no big deal but to top it off there was hair in the drink that I drank out of that just made me sick. But it was 15.35 spent and they won't answer the phone just rings then stops, I want a refund I should have just went to the Taylorsville location.
This Zaxby's location is outstanding—definitely my favorite! Every employee I've interacted with has provided an exceptional experience, whether through the drive-thru, at the counter, or with online orders. Tonight, Cris truly made my evening; their warm smile and positive attitude brightened my day. Highly recommend this spot!
I have come here multiple times the past couple of weeks and have been shorted on my tenders multiple times. Over the past 5 orders, I have been shorted 10-15 tenders. At this point, I don't think this is an accident, and I am pretty sure they are purposefully shorting the count on orders. The past 5 times I have gone, they have always been short.
Great customer service and food tasted amazing. Fun fact this is the most west geographical Zaxbys in the United States. The Zaxbys locations in Utah are separated from the others out on the east coast and south.
