When you spend 11 dollars for a salad you expect a little bit more food then 5 bites of lettuce. I understand portions can’t always be the same but come on now I get more lettuce on a burger. For the price you should get alot more of a salad than what I received today. The rest of the food was great just this was a let down of food. Btw picture does not do justice.
What a rip off, four chicken fingers and a dash of sauce. Are y’all running out of nuclear sauce or something? Are yall losing money because yall are giving people “too much” sauce. I expected better from a restaurant that used to take pride in their offerings. Especially at the price yall are charging these days!
Disgusting , disappointing and most of all discouraging and the entire staff need discipline as a discussion. The front clerk ask the same question more than once and I just would like my money back . The Cobb fried chicken salad had lettuce stock in it that was disgusting looking . I have taken pictures to prove the hair was on the egg also overall it shouldn’t be one star . I will be stopping back by and I deserve more than an apology tbh …..
Place an order for traditional wings and things. The order was incorrect, management asked me to come back for a replacement.
I went back today for the replacement, but the order was incorrect, cold, and old.
I asked the manager to correct the order, the manager just wanted to replace only the tenders, not the full order. I will be going back for a refund.
Zaxbys on University Parkway is a total miss.
Update:
Went back to Zaxbys, and the manager Rose replaced the hot, tasty meal without any issues! Thank you, Rose!!
I selected curbside when ordering. I followed the directions on the email and selected I am here, then chose my parking spot. I waited 20 minutes before finally going inside, only to find my food sitting on the counter getting cold. I'm sick so I was going got minimal contact and this is what I get. Never ordering here again.
Can’t make food right and gave me the wrong order but charged me for my order which was twice as much thanks I live 20 minutes away so I am not going back to get the right order can you just get it together please
It used to be perfect a few months ago and now every loaded fry order I get barely had any items on it and they charge 1$ per extra piece of bacon. You used to put a good amount so what happened.
Terrible place to eat high for no reason couldn’t even make loaded fries has every mobile order on the counter instead of on the designated place for mobile orders asked for a remake and they put cold cheese on the loaded fries and there was shredded cheese on the boneless wings ( more cheese than there were on the loaded fries ) then you could tell they didn’t even try to remake it don’t recommend eating here just go to whiskey. October 30, 2024 Went again got 20 cold boneless wings and egg rolls the color of my car ( it’s black )
Zaxbys chicken tenders are very good they are expensive just depends how much you want to spend on chicken! The drive through is hit or miss I managed to hit it right when it was wrapped around the building. Must have been sitting in the drive through for 35 mins before I even ordered. Once I ordered it went faster. I don't know if it was worth the wait but my Hubby thinks it is.
