1st Timer at Z. Very nice and pleasant cashier Regina W...she helped me order and told me about extra items I might want to try next time....????????
OMG, did anyone teach the workers about customer service skills? They are literally so rude every time I go up in there and always forget what I order! I have to walk in every single time to get the right other. It’s sad because the food is good, but the workers are just nasty! Train your workers on their attitude! ALL OF THEM(besides the cooks)!
I went thru drive thru to order food. Unfortunately the young lady forgot to give me a total and forgot to tell me to pull up. No biggie. She was apologetic. But when I get to the window the sanitation grade was B. Idk why? I didn't ask. I declined the food. One of the window workers had zero idea what to do with that information.
I had not paid.
All she needed to do was say ok. Idk why she called in another worker to tell her I didn't want the food. It would be no different than the protocol for someone who didn't have their wallet.
The young lady that took the order had to explain that to ther other.
They should have a well done option for the chicken fingers. And why am I paying 13-14 bucks for a meal with only 8 fries
Drove thru.. got the zax box with a 5 off coupon.... 20 tenders, 2 fries, 4 bread for only 27 dollars. So fresh and hot I had to wait to eat. This Zaxby's has got it down pat. ????
When people mess up your food you never know what else they have done to it. I order salad from Zaxbys because i dont really like the pork grease fried chicken and ordering anything else runs the risk of being hard, cold, overcooked, sloppy or sour and today I ordered a cobb salad. Can you find the bacon or the 6 strips of cheese? The tomatoes look like old sandwich tomatoes they had left from something. They were limb and looked like they were on the verge of spoiling. My salads looked like they took one salad and split it between two containers.Yes i order two. Over 20 dollars for two 3.99 kroger salads. I guess its time to find another salad place. The salad was the one thing I thought they couldnt mess up. Who ever was working on Riverside drive Zaxby in macon, Ga on 11/29/22 at 5pm has poor work ethics. If you didnt have enough to make two full salads just say that. I barely had enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. People continue to give bad customer service because so many people except it and keep going back. Thats it for me.
I ordered my favorite, the fried Cobb Salad. The salad had a lot of withered lettuce. I was constantly picking it out the entire time. It looked good but the taste was very different.
Absolutely worst zaxbys ever. Customer service was absolutely horrible. They gave us the wrong food. When we went back to get our food they took the food that wasn’t ours which is HIGHLY illegal for food safety reasons. On top of that, they did not even give us our correct food instead gave us an incorrect refund. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in my life.
