Best WLM Reviews
Well where do I start. At first I would like to say this zaxby's is usually pretty good but not today. I don't know what happened today but I am not happy about it. I did an online order it wasn't ready when I got there not a big deal. I got a wings and things and 2 mr.beast boxes with 3 drinks. When I got home I see I am missing my straws, sauce for the mr. Beast boxes both of them the candy bar that is supposed to come with it. No seasoning on my fries. No forks no napkins barely any sauce on the wings and things and to top it all off its not even fresh. I'm very disappointed food is not cheap neither is gas.
I got the cob salad with fried chicken xtra chicken tender side of ranch and buffalo sauce and it was the best salad I have ever had!!! Service was fast employees where friendly and my bag had all my sauces napkins and silverware I needed. Definitely will be coming back.
Ordered food inside after staff just walked up to the register to either clock in or clock out, listening to the manager trying to manage his staff unsuccessfully. 3 parties walking in AFTER me left with their food BEFORE me until the name realized he never habe me my food. So sad ????
Service was great! Food on the other hand disgusting. The toast on an ordinary day is ok, on a good day better. Today the toast was pleasing to the eye. Tasted very salty, and to think I ordered an extra piece. My BIG Zax Snack was a bust. Tenders cold, fries lukewarm. Never again will I order there. I did call them about the toast though. Free toast next visit lol.
Not the best tenders or wings we've had. It was just okay. The line's are normally pretty long here, which is fine with everything going on. Might give it another try, but not our first choice.
Terrible please don’t go close to closing time. We waiting so long for our food. Only to be old cold food tenders hard and cold, bread hard, boneless wings not fresh at all ..40$ and this what Zaxbys do! The food is too high to be serving old food. I didn’t eat my plate took one bite of everything and closed the plate!
Heard about the new Asian Zensation salad on the radio today and had to try it! Great salad! The egg roll looked overcooked and was a little bit greasy, but tasted alright. I would totally order the salad again. My only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is they didn't give it to me for dine in, I had asked the order taker but he didn't ring it in that way and I had to ask for a fork and the dipping sauce for the egg roll that they advertised.
This was a 5 star review as seen below. Further down you will see an update from December of 2024.
Talk about fast food and its delicious! ZAXBYS needs to hang on to this crew! Great early dinner thanks to some fine folks working hard and taking pride.
Appreciated.
Update:
December 2024
I have been back to this zaxbys 3 times and it hasn't been great. This afternoon it was not edible. I will not be back and I retract my past 5 star review. They were great all summer 2024. All I can figure is everyone is heart broken that Kamala didn't win myself included.
