Ordered on the app pick up time was 7:20 PM. Walked in at 7:20. Food was not on the pick up shelf however I was ask my name. I gave them my name for 22 minutes before I asked if my food would be done soon. One girl said oh my goodness it’s right here and it was sitting behind the counter. I had ordered two large strawberry lemonades. I was handed lemonade. I stated I don’t want Lemonade. The order was for strawberry lemonade. The girl said you’re the door driver and you don’t want the lemonade? I said no, I am The paying Customer. She said we were out of strawberry lemonade. I said well I don’t want them. I would like a refund. She said I will get a manager. The manager came over quickly told me there was no way to refund it. Talk to somebody else, came out with two dishes of strawberries, syrup, and strawberries in her hand. She offered to mix the strawberries in the syrup in front of me. I allowed her to do so. I thought it was very unhappy as my food have been sitting there for some time and it was probably cold. I said I don’t understand why I didn’t have strawberry lemonade to begin with if you are able to make them there at the counter. She said I am not sure I am sorry. I then asked her what was going on because there were staff members everywhere and it wasn’t very busy, but everything seemed very chaotic. I then get home to find out. There’s no ranch sauce for the fried pickles and the cheese curds that were ordered. My food is cold. I have eaten at this location many times as I have several rewards on my app. But I’m not sure. I’ll be visiting anytime again soon. It was an incredibly awful experience. And a very expensive one for a very cold meal without everything you asked for.
Ordered food for takeout. When we opened the bag at home, realized they had shorted me one salad. I called the restaurant to ask how to remedy the situation and the person on the phone said to bring in the receipt and they would give me another salad or a refund. When I took the receipt back later that day, the cashier refused to give me another salad or a refund because my name was not written in their notebook. I did everything I was told to do. Zaxby's made three mistakes: not preparing the order correctly in the first place; not explaining correct procedure over the phone to correct the problem; and offering absolutely no remedy to the problem at the store. Very poor customer service...will not be eating here again.
Ordered through door dash, it was supposed to be 4 orders of the chicken nibbler sandwiches, only to get 2 orders of them…and the loaded chicken fries had this green moldy thing, gross
The young man Jeremy L who took our order was very outgoing and friendly and he showed a real interest in his job u could tell he cared about the job he was doing there is not many young people like that anymore if u don’t believe me just go to McDonald’s and see how many are on there phones and getting your order wrong. Keep up the good work Jeremy L an Zaxbys management i will be very disappointed if i don’t see this young man in a shit lead working towards management position soon!
Possibly the worst Zaxby's I've been too. Took 10 minutes at the counter for me to order. Then I ordered a niblers meal and asked for no sauce on the sandwiches and then they put sauce on the sandwiches. Also the fries were cold and they had bad spots all over the fries.
I HATE YOU GUYS, GO BACK TO COOKING SCHOOL. IN FACT GO BACK TO NORMAL SCHOOL IF YOU CANT EVEN GET A NORMAL ORDER RIGHT. THIS LOOKS LIKE TRASH TOO, ANDDD NO ZAXBY’S SAUCE?? FRICK YOURSELF
I would love to get the sauces that come with the meals we order instead of having to pay extra to get the correct amount. When you order online, they don’t give you your sauces in the box like they used to. Now they want you to pay for the sauces it says it comes with on the menu. And they leave off the ones you paid for at that. Please pay attention to sauces. No one wants to eat dry chicken and dry fries.
This restaurant is mismanaged. The wait is always too long. The cashier is sweet as can be, but it shouldn't take 20 minutes for a 20 piece family meal.
