I try so hard not to come to this location. Too many children on staff and the customer service is terrible. My last visit I went to the speaker to place my order, only to have someone say an associate is by the front door taking orders. What was the point? No one was in the line. It was a bad chick fil an attempt and unnecessary. I had to wait forever at the window for my food while the young lady was holding it and having a side conversation. One time before that at 5:00pm I was yelled through the speakers the restaurant was closed! Terrible location
Absolutely inconsiderate! I waited over 15 mins for my food and they never acknowledged my wait or asked me what was I waiting on. I was being patient and understanding. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. This is very unfortunate and ruined my appetite overall. Sense of urgency is very important and people’s time and monies spent are also important. Please do better!
I go to this, Zaxby, location all the time. Tonight of all nights there’s no extra eggs because they only offer extra tenders. Won’t be returning. Thanks, but, no thanks. The guy handling the drive through line is disrespectful; I heard the way he spoke to my boyfriend who was getting my food.
My service here yesterday was just AMAZING, I had a long day after work and realize my toast was missing on my order I was upset. I called the store to talk to a manager and I've spoken with Nelly about my missing toast. She apologized for what had happened and offer me a replacement meal for my troubles. I came back up to the store and met Nelly she had great customer service and her positive smile made me feel welcome. Nelly made my order herself and everything was fresh and hot. She is the best !
This location has its pro and cons. I hate to come to this location after 3. The attitudes is ridiculous from the younger staff. Before 3 the vibes is top tier. The young lady Swang my bag at me, rolled her eyes when I asked for a clean lid. My drink lid had some brown stuff on it. At this point I’m was done. Call and spoke with the manager. All I was told was that she can give the complaint to the GM. Horrible experience every time I visit this location after 3.
This Zaxbys is very clean and my food is always hot when they give it to me. They also work very fast and will give you your food in a timely manner. One of the workers, Chase, has great customer service and always gets my order right.
Rosa and Rueben were AMAZING while working the speaker. She was very vocal, clear, and even made us laugh! She was sure that we got fresh food and she also offered going big with our meal, which we did. Hats off to you Rosa ! When bring out my meal Rueben was sure I had all sauces!
This is ridiculous a 4 tender plate is over $10 and look at what I received. Literally a handful if fries and chicken tenders look like they were cut in half. Go to another location and shut this one down. I'm calling corporate, this is highly unacceptable. Too expensive too be shorting people on food
