Chicken was dry/overcooked & to make it worse- they failed to include Zac sauce in a to go order.
Also, root beer was clear. They said “the machine wasn’t mixing it right.” Tasted off. Employees should have mentioned this before giving it to me and making me think they gave me water.
This is the second time in a row (months apart) where the food was substandard.
Will be a long time before I give this location another chance
The food was good. The store was clean and employees were prompt in their attention. They were a tad slow but otherwise great.
I generally love Zaxby's, but today i called the store because my delivery order wasn't correct. After listening, Trinity said she'll get the manager. She put the phone down and talking about me like she forgot I was on the phone, or maybe didn't care.
When Joshua got on the line I told him I felt a way about how his employee was down talking my concerns. He answer was he don't know why she didn't put me on hold because she knows how to use hold.
I guess it's ok as long as the customer doesn't hear, huh? That's awesome customer service.

I probably wouldn't be as upset if i didn't have to call back to ask Joshua did he hang up on me. He said, was there anything else I could help you with.

I usually LOVE y’all all the time but this is Messed Up! I paid extra to get my chicken tossed in Insane sauce, tossed not drizzled here and there. For those 60 cents I could of just asked for a side of insane and paid only 25cents! I love the sauce and this was disappointing specially because I relied on you all to get my order right and to receive what I paid for and this Was Not The Case.
Pretty consistent chicken ???? and sandwich ???? joint in town. The staff are friendly and professional even though the service can be on the slow side. (This says more about the process than the staff). I recommend this restaurant for chicken tenders, wings, ???? salads, sandwiches, ????sides, and affordable lunch options. They also have a drive through and ♿ handicap accessible parking, ???? restrooms, and seating.

Food was a little cold but otherwise tasted good. Drink size is huge for a medium and worth it.
Love their chicken tenders and season fries. The sweet tea is some of the best around.
