Nice, quick lunch on the way to the beach ????️. Food was good and restrooms ???? were clean.
Would have been great if now for the second time I've gone through and got the loaded fries I always ask for light bacon. Well I got extra AGAIN..ugh! It's not hard to listen! Outside of the extreme amount of Bacon it was good! I said thank you to the young lady she acted like people aren't very kind to her or she didn't understand how to respond... Most likely won't go back here!
We ordered 2 Cobb Salads. Only one was a Cobb, the other was missing items. So instead of making another Cobb Salad, they just gave me the items to add to it. One stall in ladies room had no toilet paper and there was no soap in the men's room.
We were stopping by for a restbreak and snack. Order was fast and correct. Got the chicken tender meal and kicking chicken sandwich meal. Delicious, smelled better than ever before. Unique drink machine! We were hungry, but still have left overs, so now we won't have to stop anymore. Perfect. Of course we went inside. The restroom is up to date and clean. We chose /I chose this place because they had the highest rating amongst the other restaurants, 4.2 (they deserve better lol.) We only lost a total amount of time of 10 minutes ETA! Food was fresh! ...sorry these photos are after those first few bites that just have to happen. Also I gave away my bread to create 3 hand helds out of the sandwich, for the driver. Ok I'm done. Sincerely the passenger who was hangry and is now happy! ????????????
Was traveling and stopped here . Workers extremely slow . Took forever to order and get food . They were out of ketchup. How does a Zaby’s run out of ketchup. The table was sticky from not being cleaned . The coke machine was out of cola products and said it needed to be serviced. Very poor management

This place is actually pretty decent. The workers are really good. The food has always been decent. But that's where issues start. I wouldn't post but this has happened 3 times to me here now in 3 months. I'm pretty sure management here is terrible. Each time I come thru drive thru I'm pushed forward to clearly keep drive thru times down. (Seriously I'll go through drive through and have them waiting at the door with my food and nobody behind me). And if you want a salad here, flip a coin as to whether they have the ingredients or not. Half the time they do, half the time they don't. Managment should figure that out. I tried to be lenient when they didn't have egg for the Cobb salad. I was like hey, add more chicken and we'll call it cool. They were like okay, for $1.50 more.

It's a X3 thing now not just a 1 so I'm posting. Workers there are great. Management is awful.
We ordered 46.00 worth of food. The young lady brought the food to the car and handed it to the backseat passenger. That was weird. Then I went in to get some ketchup. After my mom, aunt, and uncle began saying that the shrimp was too salty. I told them to take them back. I met the young lady outside and informed her. She said okay and went back inside the restaurant. After sitting waiting for someone to come out, I decided to go in. The young lady would leave us outside because she had not said anything to anyone. I asked to speak to the manager and explained my dilemma. The manager explained that they are preseasoned and all they do is put them in the fryer. I informed her that I had just paid 46.00 and at a loss. The manager shrugged her shoulders and stated that she was sorry. The service was not good, and the communication was much worse. I am one who tries not to return food or items, but we had been on the road and were in need of something to eat, only to still need to find something else to eat. If you stop here, make sure that you understand your order is your order, and nothing can be done about any mishaps with your food.
