Best WLM Reviews
The staff was very nice however they failed to announce when me and my friend’s orders were ready. The food is top notch and the drink choices were on point. The food was also extremely hot and fresh. Very yummy. Some of the best food I have ever had at a Zaxby’s.
this place is disgusting. food was cold salad is wilted.
not only that but you watch the crew playing around yelling and just not doing there job. to be honest the first thing you see when you pull in the parking lot is a grown crew member playing kissie face with a teenage girl. and yes this man looked like he was in his 60s kissing a teenage girl. so disgusting. please corporate due something about your store before it is turned into a strip club.
Been here for work for the past month. Have ate here maybe 4 times. Every single time something was wrong or missing. Most incompetent staff ive ever seen in my life. Literally have to make sure i have 4 things fries, toast, chicken, sauce... is it that hard? Do better
Man this was a clean Zaxby's ????.. Walked in and I believe they was sister's or that's what I thought they said... LoL. Anywho it was good service and these new taco's were pretty tasty for it being a chicken place... ????????
The seasoned fries are very good. Chicken tenders are juicy and well cooked. I enjoyed it. I suggest refilling the coke machine with flavors though. Very limited drink choices.
Hit or miss. One day it’s pretty good, the next time I go my food is poorly made. I don’t believe loaded fries are difficult to make but somehow got unseasoned fries and a few uncooked fried white cheddar bites mixed in with my food.
Goo food at fair prices. Nice change from regular fast food.
A little disappointed with the service. This location seems to be understaffed. They seemed overwhelmed trying to keep up with a moderate crowd.
Condiment table was out of several items and needed to be cleaned. Had to ask for ketchup. The employee just put a box of packs on the table and walked away.
Just tried the tacos here. They were great but the highlight was watching Mike work 2 registers so that the lines moved quicker. So refreshing to see an employee care enough to make extra effort.
