Came through the drive thru at 9:25 pm. Ordered wings and things but I wanted traditional. Tried to knock on the door to get an employees attention and was informed I would have to wait in line again just to have my order corrected. By the time I spoke to someone at the window it was 9:35 pm. Then was told by the cashier at the window that they were closing and wings take 15 minutes to cook. They closed at 10 so I'm confused... Also was out of egg rolls for the salad.
Excited to try the new zensation Asian salad tonight! With an eggroll! Comes with citrus vinaigrette. So far it’s pretty good! The eggroll is awesome, cooked perfectly, I’m picky n like my food cooked! Crunchy is my jam! Def a hit and a refreshing change from a boring old salad! Gave a 2 because the food was decent. This is the SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. It’s consistently at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. I haven’t been to this location in well over a year due to this and I decided to give them another try. Today, we entered the drive through line at 4:40 and received our food at 5:01. 7/6/24 went through the drive thru and ordered #4 boneless with BBQ sauce. Chicken and fries we're way overcooked. I called and spoke to a supposed manager was told to write her name on the top of the receipt and my next available time in Plant City to stop by and she would have the order replaced. I did that a few minutes ago at 11:35 a.m. this morning. Manager too busy to take care of me employee didn't know what I was talking about. Will not be back to that location.
Everyone is entitled to make mistakes but it's all in how your own up to them! You would think that after knowing your employee provided me with an entirely wrong order that you would rectify the issue instead of asking me to place a whole new order and wait another 30 mins to get my food delivered for my kids! With Zaxby's being such a large food chain you would think customer service would be a priority but apparently not! Very disappointing in how your manager handled this situation!
Hands down one of the most ghetto zaxby's I've gone too. Almost slipped and fell coming in. Undercooked and no salt on the fries. All mushed up. They have to step their game up man. Unorganized like a mofo
No ice machine working. Had to ask for ice from behind counter. Sad that this Plant City location is not up to par with other Zaxby locations. Maybe poor management, had 3 bad experiences. Finding another chicken restaurant
I did not appreciate old brown lettuce in my salad and greasy cold fried pickles. Great was all in the bag when I got home. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different Zaxby than to go to Plant City Zaxby.
