My experience here today was disappointing. After placing a mobile order for traditional wings n things, and traditional wings meal, I went through the drive through to pick up around 2:49 PM. When I arrived home to eat with my 6 yo daughter we noticed that the fries were not only old but burnt. We decided to return to the store for a replacement meal. However, it wasn’t that easy. The manager was rude and dismissive about my request. She was so preoccupied that she would not even stop what she was doing to listen and even walked away as I was speaking about the quality of food I received. The Assistant manager was a little better. She called the GM who after a bit of discussion reluctantly agreed to replace my two meals. This whole ordeal took an extra hour out of my day when it could have been took less than 15 minutes. It’s now 4:33 PM and we just finished our meal.
Went through the drive thru and the person at the window was not very friendly. This is why people go to Chick-fil-A. Their customer service is outstanding. I really felt like I was more of a bother than a person who pays money that goes towards their paycheck. I understand people have bad days. I try to be very nice to everyone I meet and generally I will get a positive response. But this young lady wasn't having it.
Sad.
Zaxby's always has good food and great service. Thanks.
They’re fine I guess until you want a customization. I come there pretty frequently and ask for the same customization every time. Rarely get it and get looked at like crazy when I ask for it. Food is always hot though.
Hot and hungry. Perfect place to cool down for a meal. Families welcome. Thanks
This is my first time trying Zaxby's, and the food did not disappoint! I now understand what all the hype was about. I ordered the 5 piece sweet and spur wings, and it was delicious.
Not the best location anymore. Need to clean house and create a more professional atmosphere!! Customers wait in line for at least 15 mins to receive an order.
Why did this location make the women restroom into a unisex restroom, but still have a men only restroom? Definitely not safe for little kids to go alone,or women for that matter.
