First time at a Zaxbys, I recently moved to TN. Save yourself, don't bother.
Drive thru order of fried pickles.
I'm not sure how long these grease filled hard as a rock fried pickles were sitting. But I do know I wont be back to try anything else on your menu. They were hard and cold. Just ewww.
The young gentlemen taking order via drive thru was quite friendly. So there's that.
I love zaxbys, the tenders are a bit small they starting to look like nuggets... but it was good though. If you're reading this follow eatwithjustinm on IG TikTok YouTube
Fried chicken.
Who doesn’t love fried chicken?
Zaxby’s is a chain chicken joint with varied offerings of chicken products.
Sandwiches, fingers, bone in and boneless wings.
Good sauce choices and plentiful portions make the waistline expand.
Spotty though - in the same container you have super fresh tasting pieces with some that feel like two day old, dried out chunks of chewy “chicken”.
Sometimes you get the order the way you ordered and sometimes not. Always nice though.
Here’s the breakdown:
Friendly service +1 star; great variety of flavors +1 star; big portions +1 star; usually fresh and hot +1 star.
I go back often.
Here I got the Cobb salad with the fried chicken. It is as amazing. Filling a good size salad for the price. Then the bf at that time which is in some of my pics and no longer bf, got the fried chicken Philly sandwich. That shii was the shii. The ff tasted fresh it was a bomb sandwich frfr. The fried pickles were amazing as well. I recommend all of the above if you stop in at Zaxby's

Simply terrible! Slow service with the drive-through, hard chicken and barely cooked fries. Ordered a large fry with fries instead of the coleslaw with extra seasoning and only got a small amount of fries with no salt. Even the sweet tea was bad. They didn’t even give me the sauce I ordered.
So disappointing!
Went in to make a purchase..
In the beginning cashier was THE GREATEST
I asked for unseasoned meat on my salad.
Once my order was received.. I took a taste test of the meat and it was highly seasoned
I asked for my money back...
MR. UNPROFESSIONAL CULINARY, MANAGER RAISED HIS VOICE TO ME
As he had been a culinary school and knew so much.
It's obvious why the ratings are low on this location..
Boycott if you don't want to get screamed at !.... I had even tipped the cashier 100% well done, prior

I’m so happy that I I found this location Zaxby’s at Antioch they have the best service and the best employees but their was this 1 dude name Manav with glasses and his kinda dark skin he gave be the best service he gave me the way I wanted crispy well fryd and he was correct on my sauce and drinks i appreciate it Manav.
The place is gross. There was something leaking all over the floor. I told an associate and they said oh ok. Talked to the manager and she slid down a rug/mat like she was trying to literally cover up the mess. The counter was gross. Gave it a few weeks and came back in tonight. The counter still has trash and mess all over it. There is still an apparent leak of some kind and the mats are rolled up and replaced with a wet floor sign.
