Why did I get someone's leftovers lmao, spent 15$ for 4 chicken tenders size of a fry and enough fries to count on my hand. :( went back and had to buy more fries so like 18$, would not recommend. Workers were all very nice tho.
The down fall of Zaxby’s needs to be studied. I remember growing up and going to Zaxby’s with my mom and getting a quality meal. Now the portions are smaller and the quality has gone down dramatically over the years really sad. Hopefully it will change but I won’t be going back until it does. I didn’t eat the buffalo wings ended throwing them away, essentially the last straw. Zaxby’s do better.
I ordered the chicken fingers dinner quantity of 4. The chicken fingers and fries were the saltiest food I've ever tasted.
Just gross and my 4 year old grandson said the same thing. He loves chicken fingers too.

First time at this location. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless desperate. Food is ok, but the place is disgusting. Filthy. The cashier let someone cut in front of me as I waited way longer than him. When I told her what she did her response was oh I don’t know I have a lot of customers. I was the only one that had been waiting. Ya never again. Even if the so called manager replied and said contact them back I wouldn’t. They are gross
Food was prepared correctly but no napkins included for our to-go order and we noticed on the road. Also, the salad had a detergent-type smell.
I have been coming here quite a lot lately due to it being on the way home from work and it is cheaper than most other places, and I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes as there is either no cars in drive thru or there is about 1-2 in it. I think only once have I gotten my order that was dry (had not been served in a while) but other than that this place has 98% the time gotten my order right.
I was very disappointed with the employees at this location. My husband and I pulled to the drive through at 10:50pm. That’s a whole 10 mins before they close and enough time to grab something quick. With no answer at the menu board we decided to pull to the window, which was at 10:52pm. There was a young light skin girl at the window and a big black woman right there cleaning up. They ignored us & snickered as we tried to get their attention. I get if you’re just no longer taking orders but to act like you don’t see us trying to get answers was very rude and unprofessional. You weren’t even officially closed yet. Management needs to deal with these ladies & teach them that you close at actual closing time.
I cannot believe the condition of the food I was served at 8:30. I just finished working 12 hours and was waiting to get some good food when I got off. I love zaxbys food (normally) but this food was sitting out way too long. The boneless wings were hard and cold. The fries were cold and stale. The cheddar cheese curds were just disgustingly old and mushy. I just wanted some good food man. That's all I wanted after a long day and it was cold, old and really nasty. Please do better for the next guy who just wants a decent hot meal at the end of his day.
