Dined in at Zaxbys today for lunch and I was really excited about trying the new chicken finger tacos, I ordered the ranch meal which came with three tacos and a small drink for $10.00 and change. I was a little bit taken back by the cost but I figured it was Zaxbys and I knew it was going to be good! Boy was I fooled! It was tasteless and no flavor. The chicken was cold and I couldn’t taste anything until I drowned the third taco with Zaxby sauce. I would never order that again but I’ll give the restaurant another try. The server was pleasant and the inside had a pleasant and clean atmosphere. No chicken tacos for me again. I felt like I wasted 10.00 and I don’t even have any fulfillment for my appetite. Sorry Zaxbys you missed it on this one
I was trying to order and needed a minute to decide, the woman taking the order kept making up things that I wasn’t ordering??Then at the drive thru window tried to get me to change my order? The whole interaction was weird. This happened 10 minutes ago. I’m not one to complain but she also looked like she was tweaking out on something??? I’m actually so confused. Like how does an interaction go that badly. Another woman came to the rescue and handed me my order and change and stuff and she was great, phenomenal, 10/10. An extra star due to that lady
just wanted to mention that the girly that usually works the drive thru during the day is super friendly and always has great customer service, which is very rare for some restaurants around here :) and the fried pickles are 10/10
✨IMMACULATE✨ shout out to Corey on the cash register for helping me with my first order… pointing to the elaborate sauce- meter display I asked, “which popular sauce I should try?” Pause then answered with conviction, “Ketchup!” I died laughing, it was great. Corey you’re a doll. Thank for the recommendation; we did infact try ketchup and also got Zaxby sauce as well as Sweet Sour… I recommend them all. Left happier than we arrived!!!
We got take-out Sun. Aug. 18th, 2024 and ordered Zaxby's dipping sauce for our chicken.. but were given otherwise without any word of warning.. What's the use of going to Zaxby's if you can't get their signature sauces??!! Your entrance is very oily and needs to be power-washed too. It looks bad!!!
Loved the chicken but why did they do away with the celery. Also no lemon. I think just a decision by corporate management that does no know what customers would like, so im telling you.
Our order was wrong, and the amount of salt in the food was so ridiculously strong. Our mouths are raw and lips are chapped from the salt even after drinking tons of water. Waste of money and super disappointed
Was craving fried pickles and decided to go to Zaxby. Placed order and realized I forgot my wallet so I went home to get it. Started to go somewhere else but chose to stick with Zaxby. Wrong choice. They didn't put my fried pickles in the bag or on the order. So disappointed.
