I ordered two cookies along with a chicken finger plate. The food was good except when I tried to eat the cookies i had purchase. The cookies were severely burnt on both sides and you couldn't tell which side was which. Both cookies were extremely hard to the point where it was crumbling upon consumption and you could crumble said cookie in your hand. For this establishment to serve food of this quality lets me how lazy they are and how their employees need to be retrained because to think that is okay is insane. It does not take a rocket scientist to know that they are severely over cooked and instead of throwing away said items they choose to have customers pay for it. I should also note that they were so overly cooked that i could not even eat them. The issue itself isn't the cookie but the care for the quality of food you put out. Why serve someone something you wouldn't eat just to say its been bought.
This was the worst Zaxby’s salad I have ever had!
They saturated it with the buffalo sauce which just over powered the salad so much I couldn’t even enjoy it. The fries which are normally seasoned and hot was Luke warm and tasted like they were old!
Salads ???? are my to go/takeout orders!
Sometimes missing and stale ingredients, oversize lettuces, burnt or dirty grilled chicken, toasted around/mixed together ???? and lately unrequested and unpacked extra dressing charge of $0.25!
Where's my credit for missing ingredients especially ???? ????

What kind of meal is this? ???? The traditional wings and things is supposed to have 3 chicken tenders but it only came with two and the other meal I ordered had three, so the quality of service is not great. The fries for both meals were sad. I’m not coming back, their service is always iffy and so is the quality of the food. Sometimes you get a decent amount of fries and other times you get a really depressing amount.
Our orders are usually correct and no major issues, but this location does a couple of things that make absolutely no sense and make the customer experience worse.
1) Employee outside taking orders in the drive-through even when it's not a normal meal time and there are zero cars in the drive-through.
2) Asking drive-through guests to park in the curbside pickup to wait for their food when (again) there are zero other cars in the drive-through.
3) Inexplicable 10-minute waits as if the food is being made to order when it's clearly not.
Sometimes they're fine. The employee with short blond curly hair in particular has no customer service skills and no sense of time.
This Zaxby's has been great every time I've been there. The chicken is juicy and the salads don't skimp on ingredients, plenty of chicken and fresh veggies. The service is kind and respectful and they don't give me those rude stares like they wonder why I'm even there, like the looks I get from some other fast food joints. I recently discovered they only make about $10/hour and I think that the company should be ashamed. When you realize a greeter at Walmart makes more than the person laying hands on your sandwich you're about to consume and they still are making it with pride and taking their time to get it right, then they are going to get a thank you out of me. I plan to start bringing some cash to tip drive through staff when the attitude and food is right, because that is becoming ridiculously rare. Also, their inspection is posted and it's an A. Chick-fil-A and Zaxby's are the only two fast food places I trust with my chicken salads and I get 3 a week, that should tell you everything you need to know.
Drive thru service was great. Fast and friendly. The food was made fresh especially the fries.
Food was good and fresh. They gave me someone else's order, when I turned around they had no problem with correcting the problem.
