A painfully beautiful Zaxby's location from the outside to the dining room and even the restroom. Great decor and vibe all around! Love it!
Sadly, while ordering in the dining room, 2 out of 3 menu screens were not on, so we had to use our phones to view the full menu. Inconvenient for sure. Further, the Coca Cola free style machine was full of ice, leaking and splashing water out of the ice maker and the soda mixes were terrible -- very seltzer-y. A complete waste of money and beverage.
Food was average, maybe slightly below, at this location. Ordered the signature sandwich + grilled chicken sandwich.
Service was OK but they did not warn us about the soda machine being essentially out of order.
It's always something. Today my nibblers had got hot sauce instead of zax sauce(had to be the hottest sauce they offer), last month hot sauce on my signature sandwich and a few months ago raw wings....they don't offer a replacement. When I was promised a replacement for the signature sandwich and went in to retrieve it I was told it wasn't written down and not honored.. will be my last time going. I've seen others complain and the manager tried to ignore them until they leave... poor customer service
Well I have never gotten a bad order but I did today , service to busy talking out the window drive thur instead of taking order three tomes I told her , fries not done and cold and veg rolls soggy like they were put in microwave. Bad
This Zaxbys treats 3rd party delivery drivers like they don't exist, and when you finally do get acknowledged they treat you with disrespect. The only staff who cares is management, but usually they're too backed up to assist. I've been here over 10 times for pickup, when it's not busy this doesn't happen, but when it's even slightly busy I get an attitude from the FOH employees when I tell them I'm simply here for a pickup.
I placed a curbside order which said it would be ready at 4pm. I pull into the curbside area and respond to the email to tell them what spot I’m in. Twenty five minutes later still no food. I then call the store to find out what’s happening with my order. I am then put on hold and told that they are preparing the order now. After another 15 minutes my order finally comes out and the young lady apologized and said there was a lack of communication between shift changes and my order was lost in the shuffle. At this point I’m just glad I have my food. When I drive away I grab fries out of the bag to eat on the way home and not only were the fries cold but the entire order of wings, fried white cheddar, and two meal deals all cold! Almost sixty bucks down the drain.
I ordered on the zaxbys app ahead of time to save me some time on my lunch break. I walked in an no on asked for my name or helped me for 5 minutes. Mind you there was no one in line and only about one person waiting for food. Finally when they ask me what I need, they haven’t even started cooking my food yet and I ordered 20 minutes ago. The staff clearly doesn’t coordinate well together as they didn’t even respond to each other or help to solve the situation. One of the managers was preparing an order and grabbed cookies after wiping his nose and didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves and got the cookies with his bare hands. Which is disgusting. Not only that I then waiting another 10 minutes until my food was ready. They tried apologizing and offering me cookies, but I obviously declined due to the unsanitary nature of the manager.
I visit this zaxbys quite often and Lastnignt they really disappointed me I went on 11/11/24 at 9 pm and ordered a great 8 boneless meal with a nibbler on the side. The boneless wings were soooo hard I couldn't even bite into it and the fries were sooo hard and looked old !! I understand it's near closing time but good quality food should still be given out !!!!!!! I had to throw the whole order away ! I didn't even try the nibbler after that !!!! $14 wasted !!!
Ordered a Zaxby's fried house salad got all the way home and find out that I did not have any eggs on my salad , called the store spoke with Daphne she supposed to be up manager she told me back and come all the way back to the store bring my receipt they will make it right but mind you I'm all the way home over 6 miles away Thank you but no thank you!
It would have been better to let me bring the receipt back on a different day to get another salad with eggs!
