Everyone was laughing when I pulled up and handed me my drink with soda going all over the cup. The food was pathetic. Chicken was to crunchy. The tenders were dry. I have never had a bad experience but this one here is crazy. I was only able to eat the fries and bread.
I gotta say I love how prices go up and the service quality just plummets!! Been to a lot of Zaxby’s, and as I’m in the drive thru I open the box to check my food and this is exactly how my meal was. I guess presentation or give a damn about how it’s put in the box is over with. Probably made the thing and then dropped it on the floor. Food was cold and just loved how the manager seemed to think it looked ok. Just ridiculous. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t eat at this one if I was you!! ????????????????
Paid 35 bucks for 2 people and they forgot half my order. Second time there and the chicken has been overly cooked both times and today the fries were as if they'd been sitting out all day. And God forbid you want extra sauce. Won't be back. Worst zaxbys I've been to by far.
If I’m at the window and I’ve repeated my order twice back. “I want extra sauce on the sandwich”. You don’t tell to the bagger “he wants a tongue torch and a ranch sauce packet on the side” I said I want extra sauce on the sandwich I don’t want 2 extra sauces. She said to me”does that sound correct” I said sure. Because again I’m not going to repeat myself a third time.
I drive from Adairsville to this location primarily because of food quality (location closest to me keeps delivering dry/overcooked chicken). I usually go through the drive-thru bit today I went inside, the line was just as long inside as it was outside, so I ordered on the app and came back 10mins later and it was ready on-time! Met the owner/operator, Chip and he was great, very personable, made me feel welcomed, valued and appreciated having me as a customer.
This was my first going there . One of my friends recommends their salad . We ordered zaxby signature sandwich and the salad . Salad was great but chicken a little dry and too crunchy .
I don't care for that type of pico and they should use shredded lettuce. Also a lil.more sauce wouldn't hurt .Service was great.
Gahlee idk who made those cheddar cheese bites, but those were the best I've had ????????????
