I'm not a big fan of Zaxbys chicken but we do look forward to the Asian Zensation Zalad season. However, very disappointed with this season.
The Wonton strips were stale ( had an odor and no crunch).
Both Zalads had the requested added cheese topping (although stingy portion, had to hunt for it), unfortunately, both had cucumber when one Zalad had added topping was cucumber and the other requested Zalad topping was fried onions.
Some lettuce had leaf blight ????
Stopped by and picked up 3 salads and some other items. Drove the 15 minutes home only to find out we had no dressings for the salads. I called the store and explained the situation and was told we could come back and get the dressings if we would like to but there was nothing else they would do or offer. Not the way to do business Zaxby's! With the price of gas these days, 45 minutes of my time to go back, and the inconvenience of not eating while all of the other food is warm, I don't think it would have been too far out of the way to offer an added value for your mistake.
Check your bags before leaving this location.
Ordered a boneless wings meal. Fries don't have any seasoning. And the kid at the window gave me a sprite that looked like muddy water. Kinda wild to me I will definitely go to knoxville for zaxbys from here on out
This location always tells you around 8:30pm at night they are out of boneless wings and that traditional is gonna take 20 minutes. People don't want to work past 8pm. Wings are small and food quality isn't the same as it use to be.
I absolutely love the grilled chicken sandwich! It's same quality no matter what state your in....I've had t h em in 4 states now.
Chicken fingers. Great chicken with light breading. Spicy zaxby sauce is like yum yum with a kick. Coleslaw was good. Meal came with bread and fries that were seasoned and well done. Local decor adds to this being a fun late lunch.
Picked up 2 mobile orders from this location during my stay in Tennessee. Kind staff both times, a correct order, and even some extra sauce! Probably the best fast food chicken you’ll find in the whole US. Can’t complain about a thing, and we will probably be back before we leave.
What's not to like about Zaxby's chicken, unless you just don't like Zaxby's. Let's be honest, Zaxby's makes it on the bottom of my short list. I enjoy the fries house salad, wings and things meal, big zak snack, the fried pickles, etc..... the prices are in line with a sawyers, or wish bones, buffalo wild wings, etc.
Budget wise this one is a little more expensive which is why it sits to the bottom of the short list. However, for me, it has been a safe bet. I know what I'm getting and it's gonna be good.
