Definitely NOT going here anymore. Stopped in here today after shopping at Walmart, ordered two Kicken chicken meals for my husband & myself. Both of our sandwiches looked identical- pretty DRY as it is severely LACKING sauce. We are done with this Zaxby's by the Walmart in Camden. Had I wanted a chicken sandwich on a dry piece of toast I'd make that at home. ????
Love the Zaxby’s chicken, sandwich and meals. Food- The new wings meal was amazing ???? delicious, hot and tasty. Spicy fried mushrooms was hot and delicious, chicken sandwich was average but could have been amazing if it had more toppings. The drive through staff made a mistake in my order and gave me large drink instead of large fries ????. I asked the staff and he smiled and said “sorry sir and gave me large fries”, such a kind person. Two young boys working night shift ???????? good job.
I went to the drive through to order my food. I was told after ordering my food that I pull up and wait for someone to bring my food out. If I knew I had to do that, I would have went inside and order my food. Not also I had to wait on my food. There was a customer who ordered after me that got there food before me. That ain't right at all.
Tried the new Taco Chicken Tenders. Chipotle and the ranch. Not very good at all. Didn't look anything like the ad pics. Chicken tenders were tiny and barely any veggies. Wasn't worth the money. Only things good were the fries and diet Coke.
The food is always good. The employees are usually helpful and kind. The drive through speed is just plain awful.
I don’t normally leave reviews but the drive through here consistently takes 20-50 minutes to get through with a short line. Even doing mobile orders it’s never ready even close to when it should be ready. In my experience here it has not mattered what time of day or what day it is. Occasionally the order is wrong and I have to go back inside to get it corrected. I’m waiting in a curbside spot because they told me my order wasn’t ready. I’ve counted 11 cars get served behind me. There are about 6 cars waiting on orders, some who have been here before me and some after me.
I have no idea what the problem with speed is here but it needs to get resolved. Especially when Chick-fil-A is directly across the street.
Again, employees have good attitudes and the food is always good. I really wanted to reiterate that.
Good food if they can get your order correct! Don't think by ordering online you can avoid this problem! 9/10 the order is wrong, but the management seems genuine and always offers a solution... and lately it seems like they've put a lot more effort in.
On a positive note, the best wing sauce and ranch in town! And their salads are huge and amazing!
Somebody felt like being at work today because this food was 5⭐️s! SO GOOD!
My mouth was all watered up for Zaxby’s..got my salad all dressed up and before I took a bite..I found a big grasshopper in my salad..????..I’m so done. After seeing this we didn’t want to eat the other items we brought. Very disappointed, never had this happen to me before.
