The food was good. A bit cold but still good. I ordered on the app and received different than I ordered. I ordered the chicken finger plate, but got nibblers. I upgraded both sides to large fries and didn’t even get the amount of one small fry. All the drink cups had chunks missing out of the Styrofoam
The manager was busy filming the staff and loudly calling out people who were going to be written up and not giving a flip about the customers piling up. I had already ordered when she lost her temper and mind, but my food was great so she wasn't doing anything except making it incredibly awkward to eat in the dining area.
I stopped by Zaxby’s last night expecting their usual flavorful chicken fingers and crispy fries. Unfortunately, my meal was a letdown. The chicken fingers were overcooked, dry, and lacked seasoning. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. To top it off, the service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
I asked for no seasoning/salt on my fries. What I got was fries with a ton of grease in them! I guess they just dropped them in hot grease for about 15 seconds and took them up without straining the grease off. They was really white so that means they didn't cook them long enough, they rushed and gave me a greasy mess:-(
Small chicken fingers. Not FAST food. Pulled over into a slot to wait 15 minutes for fries. I just needed fast food. No one cares at all. Terrible.
This Zaxby's location is not a representation of the brand, nor does it live up to sanitary standards or OSHA regulations. It is in dire need of management and a top-to-bottom scrubbing. The place was disgusting and there was not a single table that was not covered in food or debris. It was so bad that we had to go back out to our vehicle, get wet wipes and clean a table ourselves just so we could sit. See the two photos -Literally the entire dining area looked like this.
Additionally, we had to go tell the employees to start cleaning, to which one of them did comply by grabbing some cleaning supplies and started cleaning. The food was OK but if theres no standards in the dining room, I do not want to think about their kitchen and how they handle my food. Sadly, dirtiness seems to be overly acceptable in the South for some reason.
This is the location almost across from Academy Sports.
Ask for ranch in both orders and didn’t get it! There was a hair that stretched from the lid of the cup to inside the drink. Not the best experience.
The food was delicious and the staff were very kind. I definitely recommend this establishment!
