I just want to start off by saying I used to work here a few years ago. The restaurant was clean and had good employees, I had some really good coworkers. I love the managers. However I just went through the drive through, as I’m sitting at the window waiting on my food, there’s a roach crawling on the drink machine and no one notices. I was planning on telling the 2 young girls at the window when they greeted me. However not a single word was spoken to me and they wouldn’t even look at me. She had HORRIBLE facial expressions. When I tried to say thank you and make them aware of what I just saw I can’t even finishing saying “thank” before they leave and the door is closed in my face. The boy taking my order and the girl that took my payment at the tent were polite. However the girl in the drive through on 09/05 with the long braids does not need to be in customer service the way she acted with that rudeness. Also fyi health regulations, braids that long still are supposed to be tied back even though they’re braided. Have a GREAT night.

They halved the size of the extra sauces and then waaaayyy under fill them. Zaxby’s on Lake Murray would never do this!
If they change their ways I will remove this and rewrite.
Otherwise it stays up as a warning to the saucy among us!!! This is shrinksizing!

Order on the app went to pick it up Order was ready got home now this is feeding a family of 4 the fried pickles was burnt the FF looked to be a small not large and it was all semi cold we live 2 miles away sooooo should be hot … not to mention we didn’t have any sauce or bread in the bag …. So any way who knows when we’ll be back
I had the loaded bacon ranch fries made by Alex and they were AMAZING! Chancey gave SUPERB customer service ????????. The restaurant was calm and great to take my lunch break in peace. Great experience overall!!
My son always gets this meal and it's always very good. However tonight it was just bad. I don't know if it was old and sitting under the heat lamps, but the chicken was dry and the toast was also very dry. We didn't order it that way either. What a bummer.
Zaxby’s is one of my favorite places. I was greeted with a smile and the young lady was really friendly. My food came out hot and fresh and was really good. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is extremely helpful every time I come there.
I ordered a 6 piece tender combo meal, and I know it comes with both sides, either an extra side of fries or bread. Well, I wanted fries for BOTH sides, and the worker didn't listen! I didn't want my fries seasoned, and it was still seasoned anyways. When it came to my drink, which was supposed to be water, the worker only filled up the cup with ice and not really water. And, the worker was just incredibly rude and looked like as if he just hated his life or something. Very unprofessional. The tenders definitely were pretty good though. Workers attitudes suck.
