Service is awesome. Salad was huge & good. Feastable box is food size for a 5yr old to get full. Price is for an adult to say NOPE. $13 for tiny strips ????????
I came here at 2:45 on Tuesday there was hardly any people in the restaurant. The young lady with the red braids that almost touch the floor was behind the register had the worst attitude problem I've ever encountered. She didn't know how to ring up the order according to the menu she kept sighing and rolling her eyes, and kept making mistakes while making it like it was my fault. When I finally got our food it was dry and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were cold and the drink machine was missing half the drinks it had to offer. To top it all off the tables were dirty while the restaurant had several employees on staff not one of them were out cleaning the tables. I will never ever set foot in this place ever again. I don't want and apology or an excuse just do better. I will go on and find a better place to spend my money at that cared before I had to make mention of its flaws.
Ordered online for drive thru pick up. Drive the 13 min there. Sit in line. Young lady at the window said my order wasn’t done and asked if I could come inside. The look on my face must’ve said ‘that defeats the whole point of me coming through the drive thru’ and then she said I could park in a space and they’d bring it out. 20 min later, me trying to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt as they were busy, still no food, saw multiple people come and go. The other people without online orders got to park and have their food brought out. I finally went in. Food was ready and sitting on the counter. Nobody inside but employees. Cold food, no straw, and order missing multiple sauces they do make you pay for. Did I mention it was an online order? They could’ve called? Disappointed and won’t be returning. Don’t bother with an online order.
Zaxby’s loaded fries will always be my top pick. I went on a lunch date with my daughter and she wanted to dine in. It was a bit crowded and the dining area was not clean. Hardly any of the fountain drinks were filled they had a small selection to choose from. Blahhhh but the food was hot and fresh. Still my go too chicken fast food spot just wish they had more staff to clean and work work the lines.
Calm, cool environment. Very clean and uniquely decorated. It took a sec to get acknowledged as a customer but once I was the service was good. Food was delivered fast, hot, & fresh. No complaints. I plan to return.
Possibly one of the worst experiences. There was literally 3 cars in the parking lot and I'm pretty sure they belonged to the employees. I order a kids meal, the lady tells me to pull up, my food will be out shortly. It takes 20 mins for 2 chicken fingers. How the hell is this fast food? Was the employees in the back stripping chickens and hand-making chicken fingers? The person who bought the food out was a kind fellow, but that don't excuse you not having chicken fingers ready. Never again.
I ordered the great 8 boneless meal deal with Zax sauce…but I received 5 boneless pieces and ranch…. They can’t count nor read I guess.
It was my first time eating here, and while it wasn't bad, I won't go out of my way to come back here to eat. My granddaughter said her wings were good, but after seeing their menu, I wanted a chicken sandwich, but I didn't want the Zaxby sauce, I asked for mayonnaise instead and was told that they don't have mayonnaise. I ate the Big Zak snack, and it was decent but nothing to rave about. Overall, I would recommend this place to eat, it is a very clean location with pleasant employees. Just don't expect a large selection of dipping sauces or mayonnaise.
